"To be fair we were here on Christmas Day… however our server literally avoided us. It took a hour (11:15-12:10) to get our drinks, in that time our order was not taken and the waters were not refilled. We were meeting family we hadn’t seen in years for two hour before their flight but we didn’t get to order food in that time, luckily they messed up and brought two of one of the drinks because they didn’t come back to ask if anyone else wanted anything so only three of the five of us had drinks. Great environment to chat which is good because it’s all we got to do. When half the party left (12:50) our server came over and asked if we were ready to order, we were ready to leave. Totally ordered; five drinks one appetizer total brought to table; three drinks."

Do not go! Waited over 10 minutes for a server and they never came. We ended up leaving. Very disappointing

The wait staff and food were excellent. It was New Year’s Eve and not very busy. My party of four requested entrees that were unavailable because they ran out. Not good management and planning!

The process of placing an order and receiving food is consistently slow. The server has to manage both the tables and the bar. Despite this, we return every 2-3 weeks because we enjoy the ambiance.

This experience was quite unusual. Our server approached us and apologized, explaining that he had been instructed not to take on any more tables or customers. We requested to speak with management in order to settle our bill. The management ended up comping our meal due to the lengthy wait we had for service and to receive our check.

The servers are very friendly and courteous, and I have no complaints about them. However, my main issue lies with the long wait time for food. This is my third visit to this restaurant, and each time has been the same—waiting over 20 minutes for my meal. The restaurant isn't even busy; there are plenty of empty tables. Why does it take nearly 30 minutes to get served? Since this has happened three times in a row, I likely won't be returning. The beautiful setting, pleasant atmosphere, and good staff are all great, but the prolonged wait for food really detracts from the experience.

"After being seated, I asked one of the servers (not the manager) To switch out the table with the one next to me because our table was wobbling, but I wanted to stay in the same spot. However he insisted upon wanting me to explain why I couldn’t just move to the other table, which annoyed me. But as soon as my husband arrived to the table, he move the table. At that point I was ready to leave, but I stayed For my husband’s birthday lunch. The food quality has declined significantly. I ordered double crab cakes mashed potatoes and Asparagus. The crab cakes were full of filler and did not taste good. The asparagus was rubbery And dry and the mashed potatoes were not as good as they used to be. My husband ordered grilled shrimp on a Caesar salad. The shrimp were miniature and the salad was overly covered with Parmesan cheese, he could only eat the shrimp a bit of the salad. In the end, the manager removed the The crab cake meal from our bill and explained something to the effect of the Inventory being low which impacted the quality of the food, having to be stretched. And to top it all off, there was a female server with an exposed bloody looking arm... very disgusting to see. When I mentioned it to the manager he seemed surprised but then came back and said that he had told her to put A bandage on it. However when we saw her again she had a blue mask halfway covering it. We are longtime customers for approx over 15 years and recall when the restaurant food was excellent. But Something has changed. We hope This note helps Management make the appropriate changes to bring the restaurant back up to excellence again, so that we may return. Best wishes!"
