"I was instructed to reserve an entire room in order to make a reservation for 8 guests at this restaurant. While I found this requirement to be unreasonable, I agreed in order to have dinner for my bachelorette party there. We paid a deposit for the room, but a few weeks later, we were informed that we would also have to pay for a buffet for the party of 8 and could not order from the regular menu. They explained that it was their busy season and they could not accommodate our group otherwise. We declined this arrangement and requested a refund of our deposit. We were offered a gift card for the deposit amount instead of a refund, which we found to be unacceptable. This experience left a negative impression on me, and as a lifelong resident of Shelby, I will not be returning to this establishment."

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, but I have been aware of it for a few years. It is located in an old bank that has been transformed into a dining establishment. We visited on a Friday night and were seated promptly.

My wife and I recently went to The Vault for the second time. I'm a bit behind on writing reviews, but our experience was just as impressive as our first visit four months ago. If we lived closer, we would definitely go more often. The bartender was professional and friendly, making a delicious Manhattan for me and suggesting some lovely wines for my wife and I to enjoy with our appetizers.
