"Severely overpriced, I wanted a simple bagel with salmon, it was $17 plus coffee is almost $4, I settled for a regular bagel with cream cheese and coffee and still paid $10, this is unheard of, I’m a New Yorker, a coffee and a bagel shouldn’t be over $5 together and maybe 2-3$ for fish, this place is a rip off, they also messed up my coffee, it’s not that hard to understand black coffee which they kept asking me about and still gave me milk. I’m upset, feel ripped off but I’m already out of time and have to get to work. Never coming back here again, for $20 you can have a feast for breakfast if you know your way around the city, I really wanted to give these guys a try but nope,"

"This was my third visit to Loring Place. Every dish from appetizer to dessert has been creative, fresh and delicious each and every time. The service is beyond compare. I highly recommend Loring Place for anything from a casual lunch to a special occasions dinner. (I particularly like bringing out-of-town friends there and am already planning my next visit!"

"A True Hidden Gem! We were staying at a hotel down the road from Zen and were looking for a quick and easy dinner—what a great choice it turned out to be! The ambiance was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious, all at a very reasonable price. Wenti was wonderful; she went above and beyond for us, constantly refilling our water, clearing the tables, and ensuring we were enjoying our meal. We also visited during Happy Hour, which allowed us to enjoy an abundance of food and drinks at an incredibly good value. This was by far my favorite dinner on our trip to New York, and we will definitely return next time!"

"Lovely place for a quick breakfast after my jogs to the Hudson River. The egg sandwich was good. The serving for the Cafe Mocha is generous, I wouldn't complain. The service is also top notch.
