"I did a curbside pickup order of the cheeseburger combo. When I received it, there was no toppings except for the cheese. I went back through the options to make sure I didn’t accidentally tap to remove them, but the only way was if I’d tapped on each topping option that says “No [insert topping name here].” I would’ve brought this to someone’s attention but I was too hungry so I went ahead and devoured the plain cheeseburger. The patty itself wasn’t even big enough to warrant a $10 price tag, IMHO. What’s more, I had to go back inside to get a straw and some napkins. Not a good first experience at The Burger Experience."

The burger meat needs seasoning, soggy fries, no special sauce included that was ordered and paid extra. Overall not good.

The food is great, and the customer service is excellent. Shout out to Terrence in P'tree City, his customer service is excellent. Keep up the great work.

It definitely was an experience, just not a great one.Both Burger Experience and Wing Experience are shadow kitchens operating out of Smokey Bones.The time I ordered through DoorDash, the order was completely wrong and after taking off the bits we didn't like we STILL got sick from it.Do. Not. Eat. From. Here.

I reached out to the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Chris, who simply apologized but said there was nothing he could do since I ordered through Uber Eats. He didn’t seem genuinely concerned at all. Overall, the food was of very poor quality and management was lacking. We spent 90$ on chicken sandwiches and this is what we received. Will never ever order from here again. I called to the restaurant and wanted to speak to the manager wouldn't come to the phone they didn't have time to talk. I ordered through Uber eats I'll get my money back I just wanted to let them know how unhappy we're with the order save your money don't order from here.

What an absolute disgrace! I was shocked to discover that this place was actually part of Smokey Bones. I can't imagine what they have to do in order to get the food so poor quality, dried up, and cold! I ordered basic cheeseburgers and fries and EVERYTHING was smushed and cold and completely dried out. One time I regretted not just ordering from a typical Fastfood restaurant. This place should be closed down! HORRIBLE!

Business felt review was unfair as they were trying out new ideas from YouTube. Changed to 5 stars as per their request to support local business. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had a disappointing experience tonight. Ordered a chirashi don through Uber Eats and usually received sashimi style slices of fish on rice. Instead, I received chopped fish with scrambled eggs. When I called, they explained it was part of a transition to AZN. Disappointed with the lack of assistance offered. Will not be ordering from them again as I can get better quality poke bowls for a lower price elsewhere. It's unfortunate to lose another option for decent quality sushi in the area."

"A TRUE GEM IN PEACHTREE CITY!! My husband and I visited for the first time, and I can genuinely say that the hospitality exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, throughout the ordering process (the food was DELICIOUS), and even as we were leaving, we felt treated like family! The food was fresh, served hot, affordable, prompt, and came in generous portions! We were extremely satisfied with our entire experience and will certainly return! Kudos to the team at the Peachtree City location—you've set the standard for excellent service."

"The food was delicious! And the servers were very attentive and able to answer all of our questions. This was my first time there, but I was with my daughter who had eaten there before and recommended it to me. Several of the dishes were shared appetizers and there was plenty for all three of us with leftovers! The portions were large and the food delicious. My only complaint was the olives in the Greek salad still had pits. But once we were aware of it, that wasn’t a problem either. Will definitely be returning!"

"So. I went to this restaurant on a Wednesday at the recommendation of a local patron who also accompanied me and assured me from his past experiences that this was a fantastic food experience/establishment. To start of I will say the owner who greeted us was very nice and accommodating as well as most of the staff. However the food left something to be heavily desired. I started with the tomato caprese salad. The tomato was not yet ripe at all to be served also the amount of oil that was on this plate pretty much was drowning the mozzarella and tomato. I ordered the mushroom ravioli for my mains ,and this was where things completely ruined the whole dinner. The whole dish was sweet. I have had mushroom ravioli at other establishments ,and one thing I can conclude is that nothing about that dish should be that sweet. I mean form the sauce to the balsamic to the mushroom. The whole dish was sweet and not savory at all. It blew my mind that pasta could taste that sweet. I couldn 't stand to eat anymore then a few bites, and my companion who is a regular patron of this establishment had the rest of pasta ,and even he concluded this was the worst dish that he has had from here. I tired giving them one more chance with the dessert ,and had the best north of Miami key lime pie. The pie was actually fairly decent. The filling could have been more firm and the pie crust as well, however that can be overlooked understandably as I am presuming the desserts are not made on a daily basis. Here is where this bad dinner went to go on and become a horrible night and following day. Not even 5 minutes after leaving the restaurant I began sweating profusely ,and requested for the car to be pulled over. I immediately threw up for the next 5 minutes. I dropped of my friend back to his place and went on to my hour drive back home. As soon as I got back home I threw up once again in my driveway. That night my stomach and bowels were so messed up I managed only 3 hours of sleep. Will not be coming back ever."

"Due South used to be our go to restaurant since moving to Georgia. No more. Since changing hands the menu has changed, not for the better. The chef must be paid by a cardiologist or a gastroenterologist. My steak was extremely salty and tough. Even the butter for the rolls was spiced up. My steak came with a burnt roasted head of garlic, no vegetables or starch. The crab cake sandwich was off the menu so my wife opted for the appetizer crab cake and side salad. Mistake. We will find another go to dining experience."
