The meal was fantastic and the service was excellent. The menu changes daily and everything was superb.

Best meal I have had in Milwaukee in 18 months. Sliver of a restaurant with minimalist elegance and a great chef.

A really great experience. Gavin was outstanding in taking care of us. The salmon was silly and delicious. Perfectly cooked. Everything was beautifully prepared.

We had an enjoyable experience. We did feel a few of the dishes were slightly under seasoned (tartar the walleye dish could have used a bit of finishing salt). Loved the key lime semifreddo. Oysters were excellent. Salmon/naan scallops were delightful.

Overall delicious food with friendly and attentive staff. The entrees were more centered on the sides (which were good) and less on the fish itself. Wish there would have been more different types of fish entrees (only had halibut and salmon). The standoutswere definitely the burnt cauliflower ends side and the creative cocktails. Very creative dishes kudos to the chef...ginger marinated squid so tender, walleye served with a curry sauce just the right spice ! The cocktail was also very creative Chipotle Spanish brandy with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and more. Totally delightful dining the night we were there. We're looking forward to discover what's on the next menu!

The atmosphere and ambiance was great for a relaxing dinner and conversation. The scallops ceviche on oyster shells and croquettes were outstanding. The scallop dinner was just as outstanding. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us great cocktail suggestions. We had plenty of time to make it to the theater. I highly recommend Third Coast Provisions.

We started with the Steak Tartare appetizer, which was truly delicious. Served on an English muffin with some creme fraiche and toppings I could see just ordering three of these for my whole meal. For entrees, my husband had the Walleye and I had the Ora King Salmon. Both were wonderful. Perfectly cooked, complimentary accompaniments really excellent.
