"Overall experience was disappointing. There was an odor in the bar area. All the food seemed to have been rushed. Like warmed up. Stuffed mushrooms that I had there at the bar tasted fine but I could see where the plastic wrap had been pulled off and then set in a warm oven for several minutes. My to go order came out few minutes later. The loaded potato was plain hard in the center. The medium rare NY strip was pink to edge. Steak was pretty good just undercooked. Broiled tomatoes the same. Granted I have a 20 minute commute to the house but that doesn 't explain the undercooked potato, tomatoes and steak."

The staff was wonderful and fun to be around and the food was excellent. The lights were low and gave a romantic feel. Oh, and they had the best sweet tea!

Always a favorite.....been enjoying a delicious small filet, cooked medium, at Tico's for 30+ years! Consistently the same! Loaded baked potato grilled asparagus are tasty sides to compliment the filet.

The food was wonderful. Thick steaks and huge shrimp. Everyone raved about the chocolate cake and ice cream. The service was excellent. The prices were a little steep at $30 for shrimp and $40-$60 for steak.

The steak at Ticos was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I enjoyed it very much, but the steak was a bit too big for me and I couldn't finish everything. The service and ambience were also very good.There is a star deduction due to the price. I think $8 for fries is quite high.I would love to come back on my next business trip.

Our steaks were originally $58 but when me and my husband received the bill we noticed that we were charged $164 for 2 ribeye steaks. When questioned the waitress hurried and took the extra off our. I?ll. But 2 days after i left i received a differentcharge for $21. I will not return. First and last time. I actually think it too much hype surrounding this out dated restaurant.You know exactly what it?s about as soon as you walk in.
