This is a lovely restaurant with a great staff and fast service. My order was accurate, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is clean, and there’s plenty of parking available. The drive-thru is also quite efficient.

This is undoubtedly the best Tim Hortons I've ever visited. The staff is amazing. I come here twice a day, and they are always fast and have never gotten my order wrong. They even recognize my dog, whom I bring with me frequently! Visualizza piatti

The restaurant was short on staff, and I ended up waiting more than five minutes inside just to place an order for coffee. Feeling neglected, I eventually decided to leave. It appeared that the staff only focused on the drive-thru customers.

The food was incredibly delicious, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The service was equally commendable, with friendly staff who made the ordering process seamless. Even the atmosphere, despite being takeout, had a warm and welcoming feel that I truly appreciated. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend!

This review is specifically for this location. They would not serve me 'food ' at 7:47 and told me they were cleaning up ... because they had to LEAVE at 8:00. At the window I asked if that was the manager from the days directions to the evening shift or was that something they were doing on their own. The night manager told me I was being rude and all I could get was a donut. I was just at the Angola location and they were very nice around 7:50 and sold me soup and a tuna sandwich. I asked what their policy was for how late they served before they closed and they always serve food up to closing.. whatever they have to sell. I hope this message gets to whoever owns the franchise in Lakeview...

It's sad when you go somewhere to buy a coffee and they intentionally make it wrong. Stop working on drive through just to get your coffee for you and deliver it to you when they're not even working in that section and then laugh when you know they made it wrong and asked for sugar because they put none in it. When it was a 4 and 4, there are other people there that are super nice that do their job. I have spoke with the owner. About these 2 particular girls before nothing has changed. And I am not the only one that is having issues with them. Sad that people nowadays do not value their job. If you're not good with customer service, you should not work in that field.
