"I’m from Canada and can say definitively this was the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had. We went through the drive through and the person taking our order disappeared without warning for long stretches of time, making us wonder if she was even there. I ordered a bagel, toasted, with butter and cream cheese, and 2 coffees of different sizes, one without cream. When we finally got to the window the woman who took payment said very little to us, didn’t even make eye contact before turning away. When we got our coffees, they were both the same size and she said, ‘I think this one is the soy milk’. There was no writing on the lid to differentiate either coffee, but, we got a medium for the price of a small I guess. The coffee tasted alright, definitely different than Canada though, but I don’t blame the store for that. On to the bagel. It wasn’t toasted, the butter was still in lumps and the cream cheese was so thin and only on one side. It was actually difficult to eat. When I saw Timmie’s in Corry I thought, great! This place is ALWAYS consistently outstanding. But, if this is the standard for Tim Hortons in America I don’t think I’ll ever go back. From service to food quality, an absolute mess."

I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, not only did they not have everything bagels, but the plain bagel they gave me had a pathetic amount of cream cheese. Definitely not worth $3.

Everytime we go through the drive thru they are very cocky and short I think! Anyone else experience there cocky attitude and being very short with you? They need to cheer up like Starbucks drive thru

No matter what time of the day you go through the drive through, you’re waiting extended periods of time. There can be two cars in front of you and you’re waiting to order, waiting to go through, and waiting at the window. Minimum of 15 minutes.

I used to get Tim Hortons every single day for YEARS. Every. Single. Day. Sometimes several times a day. I would get breakfast or donuts, or sandwiches, but ALWAYS my coffee. It 's good coffee.
