On August 4th, 2018, we visited a lovely restaurant. Despite a short wait and a crowded atmosphere, we were saddened to discover that it has since closed down.

"I would like to thank Shawna for her excellent service and help with resolving an issue. I had ordered from Skrimp Shack twice before and I would ask for a gallon of sweet tea. When the driver would arrive, there would be only ½ gallon of tea. When calling Uber Eats, they would say they would reach out to Skrimp Shack, but nothing would happen. So, I called the restaurant directly and Shawna answered. Upon hearing my situation, Shawna handled it with great professionalism and ease. She ensured that the driver had two half gallons of tea for my orders. I would like to thank her very much and that she is an excellent asset to your restaurant. Bobby Anderson"

"Don?t know what?s going on, but usually I have no issue with this location, but last three times my orders have been incorrect. I never check my order before I leave so I decided on my last visit was missing food items purchased and given incorrect ones placed. It?s a inconvenience to have to park your car and go to door and try to get someone?s attention since you cannot go inside then once you do they get your items replaced while the rest of your food is getting cold or ice cream is melting and not offered a fresh replacement for the rest of it. And when replacing one item gave a very small amount. Hate that if I go to this one now I have to check my order before I leave."

"I hate to leave negative reviews, but this is my local panera and there is no convenient way to give written feedback about the app. I don't want the food loan to give the app, I just want exact orders. ? After the last 4 orders not wrong (literal writing in the store after I had to go back because I had a sandwich with some kind of ?beef? instead of chicken)? I'm disappointed. This place was once great and the team members are always friendly. This lets me ask if the leadership trains correctly or supports the team that actually makes the food. For a reference, I typically order Panera at this place about once a week. Sometimes there are small mistakes (such as type of chicken, or missing tomatoes, etc), but this is the second time that I had to return this month because of an inaccurate order. It has brought to the point that when I pick up the food in the café myself I open all containers and sandwiches before I go."
