It was good but wished it had string beans as pictured. A side of fish sauce would have been nice too. Good portion of beef tho. Happy with delivery overall.

This was my first time ordering from here via DoorDash, and I got the crispy kare-kare. It was delicious and served in generous portions! I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I'd give Tipunan more stars if I could. Amazing food (their lumpia is pretty-much addicting) and incredible service. After a death in the family, the folks at Tipunan scrambled to get me a same-day order and their support and flexibility couldn't be more appreciated. THANK YOU for the yums and the hospitality. I'm a fan of this place, as each dish I've tried reminds me so much of my family and home-cooked meals made by my mom and aunts. I like the pork sinigang, pork adobo (especially a few days after), tocilog, and kare kare. There's so much more I need to try. I order dinner from this through DoorDash. I favorite is the kare-Kate with the crispy pork belly, turon, nilaga and the mungo! But for the 3 months I have not seen the mungo on the menu (please bring it back! . So far this is the only Filipino restaurant that I ordered from here in Oakland. The other ones are either too way expensive or the food is not what I expect from a Filipino restaurant. For sure, I will recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

I ordered catering from Tipunan for a surprise party with 30 guests, and they provided excellent service. Even though the party was on a Sunday, outside of regular business hours, Jojo ensured that the pickup process went without a hitch. The food was outstanding, and many attendees complimented us and asked where it came from. We had chicken skewers, pork adobo, vegetarian lumpia, and tofu sisig—all of which were delicious, and we had plenty to satisfy our group. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking authentic Filipino flavors!

Best Crispy Pork Belly and Kare Kare in the Bay Area! Both are full of flavor and delicious. The food here is consistent, and the flavors are rich and authentic. I love Filipino food and I have had it all over the Bay Area and Tipunan is like eating straight from the Philippines. The owners are amazing and the executive chef here takers her time to ensure each dish tastes just as great as the last. They also added chicharrones to the menu fried to perfection. The garlic rice goes great with any dish. The longinasa with extra char is also sensational. They make bbq chicken here but it doesn't last and you need to call and see if it is available.
