"We’ve ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash a few times because their prices are fantastic and their pizza is really tasty. They have a huge menu. However, every time we’ve ordered the pizza, there’s been some kind of issue. Once, the pizza was so hot when it left the store that by the time it arrived, the toppings had slid off the crust. It still tasted great, though. We gave them another chance, but the pizza and wraps were so greasy that they soaked through the pizza box and the wrapping. We foolishly tried a third time because the pizza is delicious, but this time it was mostly crust with very little toppings. We’ve decided to move on, even though we wanted to support a local business."

I ordered a chicken cheese steak online and I said without lettuce tomato and onion. It says it right on the receipt. And this is the 2nd time they put it on when it clearly says without. They can't read.

Terrible place.... my wife ordered off website and we got the wrong pizza.... a cheese steak with barely any beef in it.... and then they said they not gonna do anything about it.... terrible customer service and then hung up on my wife.

The quality of the food has declined. The rolls have changed and are now somewhat tasteless. The rolls are essential for a good sandwich! The cheese on the pizza is now thick and chewy. I absolutely love Frankie’s pizza! Their Buffalo chicken pizza makes my taste buds water just thinking of it! I love their food overall. It’s never disappointed. My husband loves pizza from most places but he knows that the only way we are getting pizza is if we get it from Frankie’s! Great service, always hot and fresh and great staff.
