Received the wrong order two time in a row. Otherwise very good.

I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for my delivery, and they forgot all my side sauces.

We've ordered from toppers twice now and both times pizza was great! We appreciate the vegan options they have, but they have great menu options in total. First time we ordered we did delivery and they were fast and friendly. Second time we did takeout because it was faster.

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. I don't understand why they treat their customers so poorly. I tried to express my concerns about the combos, but the staff was unresponsive. On top of that, they seemed upset when I didn’t leave a tip, but I refuse to tip for such bad treatment.

Ordered food the night of 4/4/24. was told they had no drivers and would use door dash. food ordered at 12 am. nothing ever arrived. store reassured on it' way, a lie probably. called the morning of 4/5/24. female manager refused to refund told me she'd mail a gift card. refused to her first name and had a bad attituded overall. she needs better training. I placed another delivery order, and after an hour, the app still shows it as out for delivery. I live just five blocks away! I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now, and when the girl answered, she didn’t even ask if I could hold—she just rudely told me to hold. Don’t waste your money or time here; they are truly disappointing. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Im from TN and came up here to visit family, i wanted to try something local and authentic this time coming up here and ive already had Rocky’s plenty of time someone told me about this place and after having it, nothing really blew me away about the quality of the pizza nothing really that drives me back to get it again next time i come to town, it tasted cheap but not “Little Caesar’s” cheap but then again not “Jets” expensive, basically what im saying was it was Meh

I’m going to open this review by saying that I’m hangry because of this toppers location. For the fourth time in a row I’ve ordered delivery from this location, only for the wait time to be changed from an hour to 2 to 2 and a half hours. Last time at least someone from the store called to inform me, this time when I called to find out about it, I was transferred twice, and the last person I talk to wasn’t the most polite. No apology at all for the inconvenience and ended up pretty much hanging up on me. Will never order from this location again! Visualizza piatti
