"On 6/16/2024 we were at the Tortas Locas restaurant, check No #23 table 9, the food was very good and the service was not bad, the payment was made and they told us about buying a raffle to help a colleague who was sick and had no resources, some numbers were bought. We live an hour away from this restaurant and when we got home and checked the bill we found that they had charged us for an extra cake and juice. Now I understand why when I tried to check the bill the Manager and cashier caught my attention and I didn't get the chance. to review it. This review is only so that when you go to this restaurant you check the bill before leaving. It should be noted that we called and the same manager said that he invited us to come back, enjoy a good meal, they would take good care of us and give us a discount. He never returned our money"

To eat a Torta Loka you have to come without breakfast. The excellent food (5 stars for the cook) and the customer service (5 stars apart only for her who earned it)... 100% recommended!!!

The food is very delicious and the portions are large. Nice people. I didn't rate it 5 stars because I ordered a large horchata and it seemed very expensive to pay 8 dollars for it. At least they would have warned me... I recommend this place but don't order large horchata. It's stupid.
