I have been frequenting touka almost weekly since it first opened. The food is consistently very good and orders are ready in a timely fashion. We regularly order sushi, and my kids love the shrimp tempura and sweet potato rolls. I'm partial to the sweetheart roll and the red rose roll. I am over the moon to finally have great sushi near orchard park. Troika has been one of the few real bright spots in the last 1.5 years.
