"After reading the reviews, I thought this would be a great dining experience. The wait to have our table acknowledged was long. The wait staff was overwhelmed. Took 15 minutes for drinks, refills were long waits. Appetizer of chips and salsa was almost 45 minutes. Some of the patrons we being over served alcohol and were loud and cantankerous, but continued yell including profanities without staff addressing the issue. At one point the waitress came up and realized we didn’t have the appetizer yet and turned and sighed and walked off. When the food came out, the plain burger was loaded with fixings and cook staff appeared to have melted the cheese with the microwave with the lettuce cooked. The wings looked like leather on bones. My steak looked like it was microwaved. The asparagus was 3 large fat stalked shriveled beyond imagination. We waited nearly 2 hours for them to bring out food that was some of the worst I have ever seen. We asked for a manager, the lady delivering the food indicated she was the manager. “That would be me” “yes we are very short tonight” we told her we didn’t want the meal and we’re permitted to leave. I would not refer anyone here."

Like reuniting with an old friend, haven’t been here since BC Before Covid. Was like the old days, delicious food, comfortable atmosphere, great service everything you’d want for a celebration dinner.

Very friendly server. Restaurant itself is pretty dated, and lacks ambience completely. Filet was good, enjoyed the experience of cooking it at the table. Sides need a little more thought and presentation.

Went for Easter. Terrible buffet!! Used to go to trappers a few years ago. I was always so lovely and good food in there twice in the last six months for Christmas and Easter will never return. It was horrible both times.

The $49 ribeye on the special menu was thin and flavorless. The vodka soda cocktail was basically a soda water. My son had the vodka pasta and really enjoyed it. It's a great spot....just needs a better menu and management and it could be very successful.
