"I heard a ton of good stuff from this soot so I'd thought I try it out..so first, the good, I got the cheese cake flavored shaved ice and it was amazing !!! The ice was soft as snow and the flavors were so dang good. Now the reasons for the two stars. The staff didn't even acknowledge we were there, no customer service what's so ever. We ordered the balls with nitrogen, and we couldn't eat half of them because the cup was filled half ways with nitrogen. My kids got close to the bottom and burned thier tongues. That's is extremely dangerous. I'd go back strictly for the shaved ice.. but maybe at another location."

Over priced for their deserts that are sub par at best. On top of that, expect to wait half an hour for 1 item. Don't accept door dash orders 30 mins before closing then expect your inside customers to wait forever ???? Terrible experience. Visualizza piatti

Delicious and fun experience. After creating our regular snow creation, we tried the Fruity Dragon Breath Puffs. They were fun, but not as tasty as we expected. Fun to try once when splitting with someone cuz the small was pretty big and $8 alone.

After 30 minutes, the restaurant was packed with restless customers waiting for their food. We arrived right at opening time, yet it took us 45 minutes to receive our meals. This is absolutely unacceptable. As always, the food was delicious, but we did notice that the Green Tea and Red Bean Snow we ordered, topped with strawberries, was lacking in both strawberries and red beans this time. We compared it to photos from other locations, and it was clear that they were cutting back on the toppings.
