"Great for a chain BBQ place. I 'd never expect the best BBQ I 've ever had from a chain, you 'll find that in someone 's backyard or a privately owned place. That being said I think Van 's does everything just a little bit better than most other chain places. The ribs I 've had are tasty and not over seasoned to cover up cheap meat, but about half the time have just a bit too much 'tug ' off the bone. All the meats have been above average with two exceptions. The chopped pork is fantastic, and the turkey just disappointing. They use a turkey loaf instead of a whole breast or bird, which stands out a bit in an otherwise quality meat line up. The sides have been pretty average, nothing stands out as exceptionally good or bad. Collard greens are available, which you don 't find everywhere. A corn bread or corn muffin option would help round out the side options. Save room for some pecan pie or carrot cake, both are superb. Overall, not the best BBQ I 've ever had, but a B+. I think they 're better than that Rib Place down the street, and easier to get to."

Pretty good BBQ. Pulled pork is okay. Brisket is good. The sauce is pretty good. Ranch dressing is amazing. A little pricey for some entrees.

If you are looking for great BBQ this place is the best! There food is all hot and fresh and Christy and her staff is always super friendly and very helpful. I don't recommend going to any other BBQ joint but vans!

This Brisket is melt in your mouth good. The ribs are meaty and you can smell the hickory smoke when you pull into the parking lot. You can smell the history at this BBQ place. they have been doing bbq for over 87 years and it shows

I ordered 2 cheesesteak combos for $32, but was disappointed that they did not include cheese and onions, and the quality of the meat was not good. I traveled a long way for this meal and was let down. I may consider trying another location in the future, but not anytime soon. Visualizza piatti

What a Great Place!. I went in with my groupon and had two terrific burgers and fresh curlie fries. What a surprise never been here before and i live right down the street. So on my way out i had to try a rib. WOOOOOOW! I will be back. i'm sitting here at home thinking i should have brought a whole slab. I can't say enough good things about the crew and how nice they were. Keep it up VANs! I will be back

Van's Pig Stand in Moore has a decently priced lunch special that includes one side and a drink for $6.99. Pay cash for a 2 1/2% discount! I am not a fan of chopped brisket (usually grisly and fatty at every barbecue place I've been) so I pay the $1.00 up charge for the sliced brisket. The homemade curly fries are delicious and the standard side but you can substitute 1/3 ear of corn, homemade mac and cheese, okra (good), baked beans (not so good), pinto beans (good), or coleslaw (OK, but I've had better). Regular and hot barbecue sauces are offered. Cholula, Tabasco, and Louisiana hot sauce are available on the condiment bar.
