"01/18/22: I ordered from Viet Noodle Bar through Uber Eats. Got pho dac biet, chao ga, and goi cuon. Everything was pretty good. All portions were generous, but to go packaging could be better, especially for people ordering food and staying at a hotel. It’s was hard to eat pho with the containers that were given. The packaging would be fine for a regular person eating at home. The pho itself was pretty good and the broth had nice flavor and aroma. Be cautious with the raw beef (thit tai). It needs to cook in the hot broth. The chao ga was tasty. There was lots of chicken breast meat (I prefer dark) and fresh toppings (ginger, fried onions, cilantro). The goi cuon was decent. I didn’t care for the thit nuong (grilled pork), but like the more traditional one (pork, shrimp) better. I wish there was more fresh herbs in the rolls instead of just rice noodles and lettuce. The dipping sauces (hoisin/peanut, nuoc cham) were standard and nothing memorable."

I have to say, I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants, many places, and this is by far, the best service I've received. Great food and excellent service!! I highly recommend!! I would rate them 10 stars if I could!

Wow, the service was incredibly quick! We ordered egg rolls, and I had the udon with pork and shrimp, while my partner enjoyed the combination Pho. Everything was absolutely delicious and arrived at our table in no time!

This is a local Vietnamese noodle restaurant. It serves a number of Vietnamese favorites in addition to the pho. Our main interest is the egg crepe with pork and shrimp. It is served with lettuce and other pickled vegetables, and is meant to be eaten as a wrap. Overall, this is a nice place to get some down home soul food a la Viet style. Visualizza piatti

The food was enjoyable, and the service was decent. I ordered an appetizer, but my main dish arrived first, so I decided to cancel the appetizer. It was strange that the main dish was ready in just a minute or two. The atmosphere was fine, with okay background music. The prices were reasonable. Overall, nothing stood out as exceptional or disappointing, aside from the mix-up with the appetizer.

I've been here a few times, and I found myself craving Bun Bo Hue yesterday. As always, I was greeted promptly upon arrival. The service was fast, and my order arrived shortly after I placed it. The portion was generous, and the broth was flavorful—just perfect. There was plenty of meat as well. Since I was still hungry, I decided to order a side of sliced rare steak. Overall, I loved the meal and will definitely keep coming back for my Bun Bo Hue cravings. Thank you! Visualizza piatti

Menu is full of variety. $15+ large portions, big enough for 2ppl or one very hungry person. $15.95 bun bo hue was full of goodies, and $9.99 chao gio (4pc) alot of veggies to wrap with. Everything tasted solid decent but lacking enough flavor. Greatplace for groups. 3.5 for flavor but big portions and offering of variety on the menu for anyone makes it a 4 star in mybooks. $15.95 Bun Bo Xao Xa, vermicelli was not our fav but was an enormous dish.I would not order their Rau Ma $4.95pennyworth drink again.

Back again to one of my favorite places to eat in Las Vegas, especially for Vietnamese food. Busy, tasty, and always a hit with my real estate work clients too. Service slightly haphazard but everyone tries to help. Lots of Hispanic as well as Vietnamese employees, so can try several languages. Weekends very crowded....weekdays much quieter. LA Asian people got the word and come here in droves. Bbq meats with vegetables and rice paper wraps are great. Pho quite good. Portions large. If you drink beer, a nice assortment. I like Vietnamese coffee. It is good here but I hate drinking in cheap plastic cups at a dining table. Parking lot fills up but can park nearby other shops. My wife is Thai a...

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
