I did not deliver my pizza, which was called 4 times, was asked if my pizza was still delivered, no one answered my call. false promisen on delivery; just taking money.

I ordered a pizza from Vocelli through their website, but it never arrived. After waiting for 2 hours, I spoke with the manager who was not willing to help. They charged my credit card but refused to take any action or refund my money. I had to dispute the charge with Visa. When I informed them that I would not use or recommend their services, they showed no concern.
