"we have many WAFFLE houses in the south clean and some not as clean as some would say it waffle house. we wanted to go mcdonalds, but decided waffle house. When we entered into us, we realized that a delivery car of the patrons was ready to enter and a young man who tried to hold stands for 15 people (long space). this did not go well, so the two older ladies decided to go ordering. when we sit at the counter, we noticed the well managed and joined team, as everyone knows what to cook, cook and what to do as a team in this waffel house. our food was hot and as we ordered it. the manager called command and picked up the people quickly and quickly. back to the van of people they have learned, they can not hold for 15 and decided to go ordering. Once the orders were finished, the young man said he was paying. but when he learned the total number, he went out and never returned, did the two older ladies who placed the commands. I could see the frustration on the manager face. I also felt the pain when this order for 15 was was wasted in food. my ideas change the policy have customers pay for ordering to go as they take the order. we have the manager and team as we have observed that they provide excellent service for perfection. ~waffle house 869 13101~ job well done"

We love the people who work here. Always so kind and always interacting with our kid. Food is cooked well, this morning was no different. Our kid looks forward to our Saturday morning visits each week.

Poor management. Sorry to bother the Loxley team. We left without eating. Felt like our presence was not welcome. The place has dirty dishes everywhere. No one is taking orders unless they have to. Poor service reflects poor management. Visualizza piatti

Sat down and been waiting for 15 minutes. And two tables sat down after us and we're severed silverware and drinks. We almost left until she asked us what we were drinking after waiting 15mins. She then toook our order. Didn't give straws. Finally gave silverware (had food on it) and then when we placed our order she said she couldn't guarantee it anytime soon or at all although the cook wasn't even cooking anything. He had cleaned the grill. And was washing dishes. There were 6 tables maybe.

We had a negative experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed unwilling to take our order, and the server appeared disinterested. We placed an order for two people, but were told they don't do takeout orders. When our food arrived, they got everything wrong. For example, I didn't ask for cheese on my burger but received extra cheese, and there were no fixings like lettuce and tomatoes. Additionally, my hash browns were missing all the toppings I requested. Overall, it was a disappointing meal and we will not be returning. It was a frustrating experience.
