The best coffee I’ve had in Hawaii. Also the breakfast burrito was excellent. Maybe think twice before the maple bacon scone.

Paniolo (cowboy in Hawaiian) town is a ranch town. The town has many fashionable shops, and this cafe has a very Waimea-like atmosphere. Freshly brewed coffee is aromatic and very delicious. The cakes and bagels are all delicious.

100% Kona coffee both the pour over and cold brew are fantastic. You MUST try their breakfast melt (burrito); it is out of this world! I’ve never before had such a tasty burrito. The staff are very friendly. We cannot wait to return!

I enjoy coming to this restaurant for the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff. My top three favorite items are the delicious Darkside coffee, the decadent flourless chocolate cake, and the mouthwatering Ulu burger paired with sweet potato salad. Visualizza piatti

Wonderful coffee cafe. Variety of breakfast/lunch foods. I had the works bagel. Great flavor and fresh ingredients. Cold brew coffee tasted great. Sat on the patio and enjoyed the partial sun. I found the prices to be similar to other coffee shops but the quality so much better at Waimea.

Very nice cafe, small but welcoming, and friendly. The coffee was rich and flavorful. I ordered a hot, medium, macadamia nut coffee and a breakfast melt burrito. It was a delicious breakfast. The only issue I found was the limited seating available but the wait was worth it. It had a very comfortable atmosphere

We visited this restaurant every day during our trip and it was always fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with the food menu. We always enjoyed the breakfast burritos (listed as breakfast melts on the menu) and oatmeal, both of which were delicious and definitely deserving of five stars. The breakfast burrito was one of the best I've ever had. They also serve great coffee, cold brew, and bagel sandwiches. The seating area is limited and the space can get a little loud due to the busy atmosphere, but sitting outside is a beautiful option. We also enjoyed exploring the neighboring shops.
