I passed by this restaurant and saw that they serve pizza. Although I'm not typically a fan of thick crust, I really enjoyed their slice. It resembled a deep dish, so if that's your style, I definitely recommend checking it out!

The pizza has a wonderful flavor, but I noticed the sizes seem to be smaller than before. Recently, I ordered both a small and a large, and the difference was quite noticeable. They tried to make the small appear to have plenty of pieces, but they cut the squares so small that they resembled dominoes.

The pizza was the worst I’ve ever had in my life, not exaggerating. Nothing but dough and dry as the Mojave. The sausage itself was good but I’d rather eat little Caesar’s that’s been left on the counter in a box overnight before I eat there again. On the other hand the customer service and pricing was great, really polite and fast and reasonably cheap but not worth it

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The employee, Sarai, seemed unhappy with her job and her attitude was quite unpleasant. I ordered a cheese pizza, and it was by far the driest and worst I’ve ever had. I requested to speak with the manager, Fernando, but instead, two staff members went to the back and never returned to address my concern. Nobody even bothered to inquire about the issue. Had a really good experience at Waldo Cooney’s Pizza in Lansing the other night. Wasn’t even planing on stopping there but we were hungry and it was nearby. Glad we did! The pizza was fresh and hot, the crust was soft but crispy on the bottom just how I like it.. What really made it better tho was the service. This guy Jr was working the front and he was mad cool. Super chill, but you could tell he cared. He got our order in quick and little stuff that goes a long way. Place was clean and the vibe was chill. Def gonna come back again. A few hours later, I started to feel very unwell, experiencing vomiting every couple of hours, which then escalated to twice an hour. It's worth noting that I'm pregnant, so vomiting this frequently and not feeling better was concerning. Soon after, my boyfriend began to feel the same way. Fortunately, our daughter only had chicken and skipped the pizza, which suggests that the Italian sausage from the pizza was the issue. After reading some previous reviews about this place, I learned that they often undercook their food. The experience at this restaurant was absolutely dreadful! I wouldn't even recommend it to a dog. The pizza was poorly prepared, with some parts undercooked and others overcooked, simply thrown into the box. When I called the restaurant, I spoke with the manager, Daniel, who expressed his apologies and mentioned that there were new cooks. He instructed me to contact DoorDash for a refund, despite the fact that the error originated from the restaurant. He was unhelpful and made it clear that he wouldn't assist me further.
