Weasy's Lounge Grille

It's pretty much what you'd expect from an average greasy spoon. Everything is just fried, and I don't find it particularly impressive. Once was enough for me.

Got their award winning Chipotle burger which was ok. The corn nuggets appetizer was weird but good. Our server was great and I'd definitely be back if I ever return.

I really enjoy the Weaser Pleaser; it's the only item on the menu that I truly like. The prices are reasonable, and the service is dependable. The atmosphere has a classic blue-collar Midwest vibe—it's welcoming but not particularly memorable for later conversations.

Hamburger was pedestrian and fries were good tasting but not hot. Cheese quesadilla was hot. Not served with salsa so be sure and ask for some. Decor was fun and Weasy's t-shirts are cute. Server was a 10 star, great attitude and a pleasure. Be sure to get in before 2pm, we just made it!

We decided to order a pork tenderloin side of cheeseballs to go. It ended up being pretty expensive, over $20 for 1 meal, not including a drink. The food was okay the tenderloin was a bit greasy and the cheeseballs were a bit mushy on the outside. Overall, the value for the price and the quality of the food was not there for us. Not from here but we're in town for an appointment. Saw the good reviews on yelp and decided to give it a try. Can you say delicious? A nice quiet, clean restaurant/lounge with a friendly, efficient waitress. We had the patty melt, chicken strips, and Beef stacker sandwiches and all three were great! Would definitely go back again!

Pros: Friendly Service. Portions are extremely large. We ordered the fried pork cutlet sandwich with waffle fries. It was so big we split it. It was served on a fresh ciabatta roll. The cutlet is so big it hangs over all sides of the roll. It was delicious as were the fresh cut and cooked fries. Cons. When we were there it appeared there was only one waitress for the entire area. For a bar/restaurant of this size, they need more waitstaff. We make it a point to stop there every visit to Spencer.

Home of the weaser pleaser! And something about licking peanut butter off your meat... Whatevs. So I got the famous Weaser pleaser... Nope. I must not be a weaser, cause I am definitely not pleased. Not impressed. I can do 100 times better at home. Let's talk fries... Basically ore ida frozen krinkle fries. Again, not impressed. Oh well, at least I tried it. Wait! They have Fatboy Slim playing on the jukebox... Guess you get 2 stars. . . . Ok now I've been waiting for my tab for about 30 minutes. There's me and 1 other table.
