"The server was awesome! Idon 't want to put her name here for her privacy, started with an A. She was so kind to all of us. The food was just stellar. Makes me want to go back to Germany for a visit! The flavors were just so spot on! BTW, I detest most potato salad: Weller 's Bistro potato salad was just wonderful. The German Dip sandwich and bratkartofeln were both just amazing and their brotchen are the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside: No sharp edges! My husband had their Parika Goulash, and we were both just over the moon about it. So savory and the paprika was perfect, very flavorful but nothing like overpowering! Every time we get to visit Clearfield, we 'll be stopping in here! Dietary restrictions: There a couple of people in our party with allergies, and the staff had no trouble accommodating those needs. Parking: Be ready to turn as soon as you spot the Bistro, it 's a sharp-ish turn and the parking lot is tight for larger vehicles. Worth finding a parking spot! You want to eat here! Kid-friendliness: The folks were all so kind to our loud, super excited 10 y-o daughter. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: The Margherita Pizza, German Dip Sandwich Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot"

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I found the food to be absolutely delicious! I had to take it to go, and despite a 20-minute drive home, my meal was still piping hot when I arrived. I only wish I lived closer!

What a charming hidden gem of a German restaurant! The exterior doesn’t fully reflect the wonderful experience inside. I was impressed by the authenticity and variety of the menu. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

We miss our favorite pizza place, but after dining here, I can confidently say it’s one of the best restaurants in Layton! The Jäger schnitzel was fantastic, served with the traditional brown gravy, while my wife opted for the lemon gravy, which was equally delicious. The service was excellent too! Visualizza piatti

Amazing! We visited Weller's about a month after returning from a month-long trip to Germany, and it truly felt like we were back there. The fries are possibly the best I’ve ever had, the schnitzel was outstanding, and the portions were generous. It's a cozy place with limited seating, so you might have to wait a bit, but it's totally worth it.

Weller's has been recommended to us before but every time we've tried to go in they have a long line. And now that we've had a chance to eat there we can see why! Service was good, even though it was busy. Our server made some good recommendations and was able to answer all of our questions. In the end my husband chose the lunch special schnitzel sandwich and I got goulash. He loved his sandwich, and I loved my meal as well! Both very delicious! Visualizza piatti

This is a cozy yet popular restaurant, so we felt fortunate to snag a table on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the schnitzel, which came with red cabbage and bacon potatoes; I loved the lemon caper sauce, and everything was delicious. My wife had the German dip sandwich, which she enjoyed as well, although the cold potato salad she chose as a side tasted a bit past its prime. Overall, dining here was a pleasant experience, and the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very helpful.

We ate here with a few friends and had an okay experience here. We came on a Friday and waited around 15 minutes for a table of 5 and we did call ahead of time to put our name down. When we were seated, we were greeted by a mixture of American and German inspired interior. It was interesting and it smelt great inside. Our group ordered an artichoke dip to share and then respective plates. Our waitress was kind but wasn't too attentive. She had a bunch of tables to manage but we did go awhile without water refills. The food in general was just okay. It also didn't help that there were multiple flies circling our table while we were eating. I had ordered the salmon plate and while it was super...

"Haru Ramen House in Layton, Utah, is a mixed bag in terms of dining experience. Starting with the positives, the appetizers were undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. They were flavorful, well-prepared, and arrived quickly. The gyoza, for instance, had a delightful crispness on the outside with a savory filling, and the takoyaki was a pleasant surprise with its rich flavors and texture. However, the main attraction—the ramen—was a bit of a letdown. While it wasn’t outright bad, it failed to stand out. The broth lacked the depth and richness one would expect from authentic ramen, and the noodles were just average. The toppings were sufficient but didn’t elevate the dish, leaving the overall experience underwhelming. The biggest disappointment, though, was the service. The staff seemed inattentive, and it took a long time to get refills or assistance. The lack of hospitality and care took away from what could have been a more enjoyable meal. It felt as though the staff were either overworked or simply uninterested, which was unfortunate given the potential of the restaurant. Overall, Haru Ramen House has its moments with the appetizers, but the average ramen and poor service make it hard to recommend wholeheartedly. With some improvements in customer service and a bit more attention to the quality of the ramen, this spot could become a much better dining destination.
