I just don’t understand how it takes an hour to prepare food at Wendy’s when it’s usually ready by the time I reach the drive-thru window. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

I ordered a new mango fruit drink, but it was terrible. It tasted more like medicine than mango and I definitely wouldn’t purchase it again. However, everything else was good, as usual.

impressive is everything I have to say. during lunchtime they were busy. Honestly, the best food experience I've had for years. the staff was friendly, eating was hot and fresh. my job was done before I could fill out my drink. as a truck driver I appreciate the fast friendly service.
