Wendy's - Piatti

Expect to spend 15 minutes in line if you hit here during the lunch rush around 12-12:30. Took up a good portion of my lunch break waiting in line. Seems like they mix up orders a lot here. Food is good though.

They couldn't understand my english. I couldn't order...4 $5.00 meals. 2 chicken blt and 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers. Some how the total was over $50.00. So I told them forget it and went to McDonald's across the street. ????

Great no lettuce or tomatoe on my grilled chicken sandwich. And after getting hung up on twice, the lady tells me they don't have lettuce, and haven't had lettuce for a month?? I candrive to Giant and get lettuce why can't they? Visualizza piatti

This was my first time at this newer Wendy's and I had a good experience. The dining room was clean, the workers were friendly and the food was well prepared. The dining room isn't very large, but there were a good bit of seats crammed into the area. Iwill come back here again.

I have to say, it was really great Burger, but they forgot to put my fries it was 8 at night, not too late,, couldn't return because I was heading farther away when I noticed, nuisance having to check your bagg evertime if they got it correct it's not hard, but the rest was great love their chilly, and the followed my instruction for no cheese. Sad I can't have it all. Lol

I ordered two cheeseburgers which came with onions, but at most other places I go for a quick lunch, onions are only added if requested. Additionally, the cheeseburgers were cold and dry, and the cheese wasn't even melted. It felt like they simply took a hamburger, unwrapped it, and placed a slice of cheese on top. This is the good Wendy's and I will often pass by other Wendy's located closer to my house to go to this one. The staff is always nice, well trained and very good with my heavily moddified orders. To me they appear to be adequately staffed and even along drive thru line is served quickly. My wife and I are very happy that they go the extra mile when we order an item withoutcheese to make sure the item is made as ordered.

I doubt this happens every time, but during my last visit when I ordered a J.B.C., the bacon was so hard it felt like I was chewing on plastic, and it ended up hurting my gums. Ugh. Also, I found the price to be a bit steep for a J.B.C. I suppose I was paying extra for those inedible bacon shards. Update: I got a J.B.C. with that awful bacon and a small Frosty, and they charged me $7.71. Seems like some questionable practices are going on here.

I just wanted to bring it to the management's attention that an enployee here, a young woman, white, name unknown, took a picture of my card when I handed it to her to steal the information during my visit Monday at the drive through. I will now be needing to make a trip to the bank to be able to get a new card as they automatically deactivated it as soon as the fraud was detected just an hour ago. I watched this girl set my card down on her counter front side facing up and I thought it was mighty strange but I didn't say anything. I am guessing she had video rolling continuously from a phone oriented down perched on a slightly higher counter near the window. I will never under any circumsta... Visualizza piatti
