"Love Cedar St. Grille, especially the cocktails! They beat anywhere else in town by a lot. The Mama Juana is fantastic. Con — not vegetarian or vegan friendly. I don’t think that the chef keeps that in mind when adding menu items (and that’s okay, they don’t have to). Just a heads up to anyone who doesn’t eat meat or fish, your options are really limited to the apps. Still amazing though."

"I had the turkey dinner. My husband had the roast beef dinner. Portions were generous and both meals delicious. We chose to pay extra for the complete meal and both of us had clam chowder which was also delicious. We took the desert to go and haven’t had it yet. We were too full to eat anymore yesterday so will treat ourselves tonight. Our server was attentive and personable and our food arrived quickly. Prices have risen in all restaurants, in some instances dramatically, but the cost of our meal was reasonable. We’ve eaten at the Publick House in the past but haven’t been back in a long time. So glad we made it back. Definitely worth it and will come again."

"Food was cold all the 4 playes that were brought to the table. No cinnamon an sugar on french toast,so it egg mix n bread. They charge for hot sauce for real $1.00! No taste in the cold breakfast burrito. Meat in burrito was non existence. Just fake scramble egg mix an cheese. They water the pancake mix down so the pancakes are thin and again not much flavor due to water down mix. Eat at your own risk,waste of money!!"

"We have been dining at Avellino's for many years and have always enjoyed it. We have celebrated a few New Year's Eves there and have had good experiences. However, this year was a letdown. It was our 41st anniversary on New Year's Eve and we were seated promptly at our reservation time. Our server was friendly, but it seemed like they were short-staffed. It took a while for our drink order to be taken and even longer for them to be brought to our table. One of the drinks was completely wrong and it took some effort to get it fixed. We ordered two appetizers, but they took too long to arrive and were lukewarm and not very tasty. Two of our main dishes were hot and enjoyable, but the other two were cold. It seemed like they were prepared in advance and refrigerated, but not reheated properly. Overall, it was a disappointing meal, which has never happened to us before at Avellino's. We are not sure what went wrong, but it was not up to the usual standard we expect from this restaurant, especially on special occasions. We will probably give Avellino's another chance in the future, but not anytime soon."

"This restaurant exceeded all of our expectations. The service was exceptional, with Patrick recommending the perfect Red Blend to pair with our delicious hanger steak. We were unsure about the Bernaise sauce at first, but it turned out to be a fantastic addition. The gratin potatoes were a standout dish. Overall, we had a fantastic experience celebrating our birthdays and retirements here. We will definitely be returning in the future."
