Place has gotten expensive, and got home and order was wrong , paid 30+ dollars for 2 combo and can't even get the order right. Food: 4 Service: 1

Usually love whataburger but this one was the exception. While traveling today I stopped in for the usual. And I waited and waited and waited for someone to come to the counter. I left after about 10 minutes of not being waited on cause I had to getback on the road. I won't stop there again.

Ordered dinner after the ballgame on friday night. It took us 45 minutes to get through. When we were giving our order they couldnt seem to grasp what i was ordering. Nasty!! Nasty!! Nasty!!! I Love Me a Good Old Texas Burger and Water Burger is Just Not There!! All of them! And people will hoot and carry on sayin how good their burgers are and all that means is they never had a Good Burger in their life! Pick another place to spend your money on a Burger! Waited in the lane behind 4 cars around 6:30 pm for cashier to make her rounds to each one of us for payment. When it finally was my turn, got my order, she said everything is in bag , got home about 20 minutes away and did not receive straws for the drinks, ketchup as was requested.. not too good of service nor food. Yes it was cold, but still have a job to do and can not afford to cut corners no matter what. Yes I used to work out in the elements but never did fall short on my job or what is expected of me. Come on Whataburger!

My wife and I use to stop here all the time. The last couple of times the food order was wrong or it was cold. Today, 10-2-23, we stopped again and figured we would take a chance. Well the first thing was the Dr Pepper was just carbonated water with no syrup. So she sent that back and they brought out another with the same effect. So she settled for sweet tea. Then the food finally came and of course it was cold. So this is the last time. For the price that we are having to pay for this food, it should be fresh and hot. WTH is the deal with employees not caring anymore. It’s a shame. And I do hope the owners of the Whataburger in Gilmer actually see this review. Visualizza piatti
