"rude service, they ignore them when they are after additional service after the payment for their eating, soda machine does not work, had to ask for the manager, n they just ignored me speaking while before other customers what was said to the men's bathroom did not work because of the women's bathroom (what they lied because the staff used it). space was dirty n the other customers also looked angry with the service! I never go back to this place on queens blvd from the mall! bad management!"

great place for late snacks. very comfortable 24 car ride thru. is only on the bottom that sometimes the escap can have some unusual characters in it. food: 4/5

I only get White Castle once a year, and when I do, I get a lot! This is my second time in as many years at this location. Staff is very friendly, the good is consistently good, the place is clean.

It was clean, the employees were super nice, and the food was better than the other white castles i've been to. I'm coming back for sure. They have a bathroom you have to be buzzed into but i didn't use it.
