Good vegetarian options. I had the Massaman curry with tofu. It was VERY peanuty, kind of like eating peanut butter soup, but I liked that! Haha Nice staff too. They were very very busy on a Wednesday night but still got my takeout food in like 10mins!

This place is my go to Thai place in the area. Always friendly and speedy service and a number of more creative dishes then you would find in a typical Thai restaurant. Prices are very fair for the excellent quality food. Environment is very peaceful and well maintained.

Get take out from here occasionally. I've never had a complaint. Tonight I ordered fried calamari which was very good . Also ordered shrimp ambrosia, it's grilled . It was very overcooked , and dry . Saturday night I dined in, and ordered tamarind chicken. The chicken was ****, and red in the inside, and I had already ate a piece by the time I noticed. I told one of the staff members and he simply came back, took the plate, and asked me if I wanted to order some else. I received no apology or nothing from them, and had food poisoning that night. I do not recommend this place :

One of the best Thai restaurants. Service is great and wonderful atmosphere. Everything we've ever eaten was excellent. The soups are delicious, Tulip Dumplings, Drunken Noodles perfectly seasoned and the Duck was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. The desserts are an artwork. Everyone goes out to make sure everything is perfect. It wasn't our first time and they never despise.

I have only about 45 mins for lunch break so it is always great to find amazing food and have it come out quickly. They have 3 course lunch menu which I ordered off. I order soup . salad and chicken basil as the main dish Coconut milk chicken soup. Fresh ingredients and smooth taste The salad was also super fresh. House made peanut dressing as well Chicken basil was hot and fresh. Very tasty and they made sure it wasn't too hot spicy. Would def return. Visualizza piatti

The mushroom soup is awesome! Two of us ordered the sesame Ahi tuna, seared to perfection. One of us ordered the Massaman curry beef which was very good. The sweet surrender salmon dish was very well prepared and enjoyed. Now, As for the chicken Pad Thai... Swing and a big miss! Unfortunate. On the other hand the atmosphere and service are outstanding! The owner is attentive, caring and friendly. Overall I would and will highly recommend the White Elephant!

I absolutely adore White Elephant! I've visited multiple times for both lunch and dinner, and each experience has been fantastic. The food is authentic and incredibly delicious. My typical complaint about restaurants, even Thai ones, is that I often can’t get the dishes spiced as hot as I prefer. That’s not an issue here! If you find a level 3 spice level just a warm-up, you’ll be in paradise. On the other hand, if you think level one is overly spicy, they’re more than happy to adjust the heat to suit your palate.

We recently celebrated my father's 89th birthday at the White Elephant Thai Cuisine in Huntingdon Valley, PA. As soon as we stepped through the doors, it was like entering a different world. The vibrant colors and aromas of fresh spices filled the restaurant with an aura of magic and delight! We were greeted warmly by our friendly server who took us to our table and shared all the specials they had on offer that night. The menu had something for everyone; from mild to hot dishes, vegetarian or not there was truly something for everyone.
