"Charming little spot for breakfast or lunch in Evergreen, CO. After our hike, we decided to stop for breakfast. They have a great selection for everyone. As a vegan, I ordered sourdough bread topped with tomato and avocado, while the others enjoyed pancakes, eggs, potatoes, and bacon, which they all loved. The coffee was excellent as well. We sat outside and soaked up the beautiful day. I highly recommend this place! For vegetarians: They offer a variety of tasty vegan ingredients and were happy to customize my breakfast with my choices. Topped it off with some hot sauce, and it was delicious!"
