Went to on 4:45 pm, already with lots of to go order ongoing and half full of restaurant after we sat down. Ordered Kalbi and kimchi Stew, meals come with rice, 5 side dishes and 1 soup. Kalbi is very tender and flavorful, but the kimchi stew is only on the average, feel lack of something, maybe not spicy enough? My husband and I came for lunch around noon on a Friday and were immediately seated. I highly recommend the lunch combo so you can try multiple things. I ordered the fried mandoo, kalbi ribs, and bulgolgi. My husband got the spicy chicken wings, spicy tonkatsu (same flavor as the wings), and bulgolgi as well. Everything came out quickly and fresh! These people are understaffed and have terrible customer service. A bad combo. The food is fine, but they are losing our business. Repeat offenders at this. Long waits, even with open tables, 40 minutes to get food. Won’t take your order when you’re ready to order. All the hallmarks of a business that is going to die. To the managers of this place, if you read this, the young man that works for you cleaning tables and seating guests should not work for you. I haven't gone there yet yet will you evening. I've seen comments of the prices. The lunch menu prices I feel are good prices. Out her on the Westside Kapalei shopping center. The Korean restaurant prices about the same and they give out less food. I'm a cheap skate but looking at at the food it going to well worth the price. Can't wait to be there.
