I ordered only ranch and veggie sticks. It took them 15 minutes to give them to me as if they had to prep them or make it from scratch. This is the 3rd time I come to this location and I have some type of issue.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They not only gave me the smallest wings possible but the staff was incredibly rude. I called about they way my food looked and tasted (dry and over cooked) and they were unwilling to give me any kind of refund or compensation. DO NOT buy from this location. Visualizza piatti

Placed an order online and ran errands then went to pick up the food. They had me wait another 20 minutes on top of the 30 mins it took me to get there. 50 minutes later the lady offers me an extra dipping sauce for the wait. Told her it wasn’t needed. Be prepared to wait a long time. Even you show up and place on order be prepared to wait even longer

The wings taste plain. Barely any flavor to them. The fries are way too salty. I had to use a napkin to take the salt off of them. Still salty. Honestly at some point I had to dip them in ranch to be able to eat them. Overall a bad meal. I'd suggest the employees try their product, at least their fries. Don't think I'll be buying from wingstop in general again. Not a good experience.

I am writing this review while eating. I ordered 15 peaches and received almost 20 wings instead. The order was estimated to take 45 minutes but was completed in about 30 minutes. This place has never let me down and they exceed expectations. They are better than the Reseda or De Soto locations. The restaurant's food is good and orders are always correct. The staff is friendly, but the service can be slow, especially on busy days or nights. The managers should step in and help during these busier times to ensure efficiency. The cleanliness of the restaurant could also use improvement - there are often sticky and wet countertops, trash from straws at the drink station, crumbs on the tables and floor, etc. I usually opt for takeout instead of dining in, despite the ample parking and convenient location in a large shopping center. This could be a great place to eat if these issues were addressed.

I have never had any issues with this restaurant personally. The staff is always attentive when I go to pick up my order. My only complaint is the wait time. It's amusing to see negative reviews because I believe that people who enjoy eating wings can be difficult. I understand it can be frustrating if you didn't get enough ranch or flats, but overall, you are satisfied after enjoying your wings, fries, and a drink. And what's next? You end up ordering again. So, let's put a stop to the mediocre reviews and low star ratings. If anything, Wingstop should consider adding a tip function on their website so we can show appreciation for the consistent quality and service they provide.

Horrible Service!!! Great Wings!!! The girl who helped me was super rude and quick. I think her name started with an A. She didn't listen to my requests and kept cutting me off. Very bad and arrogant attitude. Wow, if she was that miserable she should have stayed home! I doubt I'll ever go back to this location. She snapped at my wife as well when my wife asked about extra sauces and how much they would cost. The guy after us gave us a look like; ya I guess she's in a bad mood today. As someone was really values customer service I might take another chance if someone else is working the front counter, if not then I'm done here... PS...
