The chickens aren?t even fresh smh. All I?m asking for is to get what I paid for nothing more but they can?t even meet that expectation.

Worst wingstop! I order online and when i got home my entire order was wrong. I had to drive back and the lady who helped didn’t offer to compensate my order but instead gave me horrible cold wings! Awful will not be going back anytime soon! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

When I followed up on my own, I was told that I would need to come in to speak with the manager in person, and that he was busy and only available early in the morning. Tasty food. Great wings and fries. They are quick to prepare your order. I usually get delivery so I appreciate how they bag the food with stickers. They always forget something. Terrible AI call system, wasted 15 minutes going in circles because the machine kept saying “please wait while we process your order.” At one point it gave up and sent us to an operator, but that operator was at a central call center and not at the store. We walked into the store. And they were super confused at the name on the order. In any event they eventually figured out which order was ours. But the order on the ticket was wrong and didn’t match the order we told the operator. We explained that to the clerk, whose communication skills left something to be desired. Tonight, my partner and I were desperately craving Wingstop. The one closest to us was closed, so we searched online and saw that this location was open until 1am. It took us 30 minutes to get there, we arrived around 12:20am and there were about 5 customers inside. I walked up to the cashier/server (his name is Jose) and was about to order, but he stated they were no longer cooking.....I thought to myself that they wanted to wrap up earlier than closing....which felt unfair. I showed Jose that on google it says they are open until 1am.
