"I had a positive experience at this restaurant. The service was friendly and fairly fast. The dining area is very small and cramped. The wings were delicious. Unfortunately, the baked rolls we ordered were cold and stale, so we had to throw them away. The restaurant was not very clean and the restroom was locked. I would have preferred to see customers wearing masks. Overall, it was a good experience for Wingstop."

I went into the restaurant and ordered a combo of 10 traditional wings with lemon pepper, and added 5 more wings. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect when I got home. I called and spoke with Alfonso, who assured me that they would take care of it. True to their word, they fixed my order.

The cashier, Vanesa, was extremely rude and appeared mean. I believe they should not have someone like her in customer service. Employees should be more courteous and patient. Her attitude was unacceptable. I give them a negative review. The manager should speak to her about changing her attitude. Additionally, they took an excessively long time to prepare the order.
