I really dislike seeing people give unfair ratings to what, at the very least, is above-average food. That said, I have always been a big fan of WingStop...

I grew up with this place and I keep trying, hoping it gets better, but sadly no. Just left on a Sunday afternoon, the staff needs happy pills and a new manager.

I was a bit skeptical due to recent reviews, but I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! The wings, fries, and desserts were fantastic—fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The wings were good although they don't come with a dip, it has to be purchased separately.The wait time is ridiculous I got there at opening (11am) being the first customer and received my food @11:25 am, they prepared all the orders at the same time instead of in the order of purchase.. based on previous reviews this is a constant problem, and they must do better.

I eat here so often that I forget to leave an evaluation, but this place is worth every penny! the manager and the team here always work hard and friendly. I never have a problem with my order because eating is amazing, but if I have other customers who have problems, again I have to give credit to the manager. he is very friendly and offers the kind of service they no longer come.

As far as Wingstop's go, this one is fine. It stays busy, which makes it often inconvenient because they will turn off their online ordering and their phones if they get busy. For wings , though they are good. I prefer garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. I usually ask for saucy wings and they do t do it, so make sure to check your order before you go. Oh my god, the service here, they're literally avoiding the counter, people lined up, some waiting over an hour, will definitely not be coming to this location again. If I wasn't starving and hadn't paid yet, I would be out the door!!! Just wow but I will say the 2 women that are working are overwhelmed and doing they're best...not sure where the original guy that helped me disappeared to and the one other guy...this is crazy, been Herr over an hr for 10pc naked wings....

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. There were issues with cleanliness, as I noticed dirt and debris on the counters. I showed the manager the proof of payment for my order, but she still refused to give me my food. She even suggested that I contact Wingstop via email because she couldn't address the situation (which I believe was Liz). The shift manager was unhelpful in what should have been a straightforward matter. I intend to report this terrible service. Additionally, there was water leaking from the pipes, creating a slippery floor without any wet floor signs to alert customers.
