"I came in today to order wings and the time was 7:20 pm at August 12-Saturday. The worker told us that they will not be accepting any more order because they are short staff there were 3 workers). I understand that it is unfortunate but 4 hours andhalf to not accept order since they're store close at 12 , I feel was excessive. Also the last 2 times I visited last month ,they're machine was not working and only accepted cash that happened prior mont h). Bad service overall ."

I ordered my meal five hours ahead of time, but it still arrived 30 minutes late. When it finally got here, the spices were all wrong—I ended up with mild wings instead of what I ordered. This could have just been a one-time mistake, but I'm not inclined to give them another chance.

Literally the worst wingstop ive ever been to. They need a new hiring manager or something every-time i go in there it is a bunch of teens giving mediocre customer service and always messing up the order. Ive gone 3 times in the last two months andthere is always something wrong. Wrong flavor, no ranch, always something? I didnt wanna post this because we all startsomewhere but this store needs more leadership and direction.

I placed an online order and was told that my food would be ready in 15-25 minutes. When I arrived at the 30-minute mark, I was informed that it would be ready in 5 minutes, but ultimately, I waited an additional 15 minutes before receiving my order. I understand that it can get hectic, but I would have appreciated an update so I wouldn’t be left waiting while my food was still being prepared.
