"Server was wonderful, quality of everything else was basically like a Denny's in a nicer but dated setting. Value is terrible. There are 200 better places to spend this kind of money to eat actually delicious food. The “scampi” pasta was buttered noodles with under seasoned and over cooked shrimp. The burger, ordered medium rare, happy to accept pink and ****, but purple, slimy, and cold center is not acceptable."

I was not aware that the kitchen closed at 1 pm. I was expecting something more, but it was very basic. The restaurant's ambiance is pleasant and has a lot of potential.

This restaurant at the top of the Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia has a great atmosphere! Their Manhattan cocktail is my favorite. I love dining in such a classy restaurant! The overall vibe is always good. Stephen is my favorite bartender. Food: 5/5.

My daughter and I enjoyed a Sunday brunch of terrific berries and pancakes and a dish of eggs and bacon. We asked for a window seat and we seated where we wanted. The waitress and hostess were friendly and attentive. A very nice experience I hope we repeat in the future.
