"With the order, you can choose 2 toppings and 1 drizzle. I had my heart set on an ube/matcha swirl, but I learned that the only swirl options were ube/black sesame or matcha/vanilla, along with the flavors of the day. I opted for the matcha/vanilla swirl instead. Although the Cone Appetit cup looked small, it ended up being quite satisfying once filled generously with soft serve. For my toppings, I selected graham crackers and almonds, and I drizzled it with condensed milk. The soft serve had the perfect consistency and wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated. The service was great; the cashier was friendly and even let me sample some of the soft serve flavors. Cone Appetit is open from Thursday to Sunday, and there’s plenty of parking in a shared private lot. The shop is conveniently located west of 7 Eleven. This place was exactly what I needed! Their cold soft serve hit the spot and left me feeling very happy once I finished my delightful treat. I can't wait to return and maybe try one of their refreshing boba drinks too!"

"I immediately called the restaurant to explain the situation, and the staff member on shift assured me it would be no problem to correct the order. I provided my husband's name and told her I would give her the order number, but she said she could see it and would handle it. When my husband picked up the order, he confirmed that they had agreed to make the corrections, but when we got home, we discovered that nothing had changed. I called back to address the issue, and the staff member sincerely apologized and promised a refund for the incorrect bowl. However, a minute later, Jasmine called me back with an attitude, claiming she couldn't issue the refund because the order was under my name and not my husband's. I tried to explain that I had offered to provide the order number and mentioned that the website issue had caused the confusion, and that someone had already offered me a full refund. Instead, she only offered a 10% discount on the order. I inquired about when I could speak to the main manager or owner, but Jasmine told me they come in at their convenience and that she would make sure they would address the refund when they had a chance to speak with me. This entire situation could have been handled much more professionally, and I am left wondering when the manager or owner will reach out to resolve the mistake that Jasmine created over a mere $11."

"Stumbled on this hidden gem.. Food was delish, staff was great. The portions a huge here for a reasonable price. I ordered the Hobo omelette which had bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, sausage, ham and cheese and hash browns on the side. Which also came with a side of biscuits and gravy.. My boyfriend ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich. He said it had great flavor and it was huge and u have a choice of soup or French fries. All together spent about $30 including our refills on coffee. Definitely will come back. Like I said food was great.."

"This was our second attempt to dine at this restaurant. Our first try was a year ago, but they were too busy to accommodate us. This time, we made reservations as recommended. They opened at 5, just like our reservations, and we were promptly seated. Our drink orders were taken, and our drinks arrived shortly after. We noticed that the wine glasses were a bit dirty, with one having lipstick stains on it. When the food arrived, along with bread, I tried the shrimp and mussels, which had a wonderful sweet yet spicy flavor. My wife had the Bolognese, which she thought was just average and wished for more flavor. The restaurant claims to make their pasta fresh daily, and it did taste fresh. Our server was pleasant, but we had difficulty getting her attention for more bread, so we had to ask another server for assistance. Overall, this Italian restaurant is one of the better options in the area, but we prefer other restaurants outside of this area.
