"I began my meal with an iced green tea and a seaweed salad that featured wonderful flavor and a hearty serving. For appetizers, I opted for the soft shell crab—my personal favorite—served with a spicy tempura dipping sauce. I also sampled the Korean BBQ, which was remarkably tender and flavorful. The garlic albacore was decent, though it had a tanginess that was a bit stronger than I expected. When it came to rolls, the Baked Alaskan roll was a delightful choice, while the cut salmon skin roll was also very tasty and expertly prepared. My all-time favorite roll here is the blue crab hand roll. For sashimi, I highly recommend the seared Cajun salmon, which I consider my top choice, along with the Cajun tuna, which was good but didn’t quite measure up to the salmon. The uni was outstanding—fresh and of exceptional quality. The staff was polite and friendly, which enhanced the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this sushi restaurant; it truly is my favorite ever!"

This is is very nice Japanese restaurant with lots of Sushi and Teriyaki Combo options. I ordered the Beef Teriyaki, California Roll, Mixed Tempura Lunch Combo and it was hot and fresh. Easy pickup ordering with a friendly staff plus free parking in lot.

First of all, I was impressed by the presentation of the food. It looks incredibly appetizing, and the flavors are a real delight. The staff members were very welcoming and cheerful. The only downside is that the women's restroom could have been cleaner.

We decided to grab some sushi to go since we were staying nearby. We ordered salmon, yellowtail, a dragon roll, a rainbow roll, and a salmon skin roll. Everything tasted quite fresh. The nigiri had a special price of $2 per piece, while the rolls ranged from $10 to $15. Our order didn't take long to prepare, and the service was friendly. I definitely recommend this place! I?ve been coming here since they opened many years ago. The sushi is great and I recently began eating sashimi. They?re having a deal on sushi at $1.50 a piece so naturally I picked some up on my way home from work. The photos are from different visits, but the photo with the numerous plates of sushi, there were only 4 of us and we were hungry! Shawn (the owner) is always easy going, attentive, and friendly. He provides great customer service and I love eating there.

For the main course, I tried the Korean BBQ, and the beef was incredibly tender. The garlic albacore was decent, though a bit tangier than I expected. I also had the Baked Alaska roll, which was solid. For sashimi, I highly recommend the Cajun salmon; it’s my favorite here. The Cajun tuna was good but not quite as impressive as the salmon. The fish was fresh and of high quality. The staff is very respectful and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly is my favorite sushi spot ever!

I wholeheartedly give this restaurant five stars! I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I truly don't understand how some people could rate it one star due to poor service; my visits have been wonderful, both in terms of service and, more importantly, the quality and variety of the food. I even looked through my camera roll for photos of the dishes I've ordered, but honestly, I've enjoyed every meal so much that I forgot to take any pictures beforehand. I'm about to head over for their happy hour from 4 to 6 PM, and I can't wait! Visualizza piatti

This was the first time back to Yes Sushi after a few years. We came for the all you can eat sushi, but we stayed for the happy hour instead. They are no longer an all you can eat sushi bar as before. The prices went up but so has everything else. Buttheir plate sizes are wonderful and they have the largest hand rolls I have seen as of yet. Everything was super fresh anddelicious. The staff all worked together to make sure our table was clean and free of empty dishes and very attentive the wholetime. 10 ???? stars. Overall review: clean, friendly, fast service and tasty food. You need to try it for yourself.

I recently returned to Yes Sushi after several years, and it did not disappoint. Initially, we were there for the all-you-can-eat sushi, but we ended up enjoying the happy hour instead. They've discontinued the all-you-can-eat option, but despite the rise in prices—something we've noticed everywhere—the portion sizes were impressive. They served the largest hand rolls I've ever encountered! Everything was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff coordinated wonderfully to keep our table clean and make sure we were well looked after throughout our meal. I’d give it a perfect 10 out of 10 stars. Overall, it’s a clean, friendly establishment that offers quick service and tasty food....

"To start, I had the Lobster Bisque, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Each spoonful had bits of lobster that were perfectly cooked. The table also ordered Sourdough and Garlic Bread. The portions were decent, but with seven of us dining, one order wasn't quite enough. However, both the garlic bread and the sourdough were absolutely delicious. My husband and I decided to share the 2.5 lb Porterhouse steak. We requested it to be cooked Medium Well, and it arrived exactly as we wanted. It was amusing when the other diners received their steaks on plates adorned with a little salad and carrots, while we got empty plates with just a small salad and some carrots. Then, the waiter surprised us with a massive platter, reminiscent of a Thanksgiving feast, holding our generous portion of steak. The Porterhouse included both New York Strip and Filet Mignon—plenty for two, possibly three. As a group, we ordered several sides to share, and they were enormous! We had Mac n Cheese, Truffle Mac n Cheese (the best option), Lobster Mashed Potatoes (so delicious), Sugar Snap Peas (which I heard were great), Asparagus, and Scalloped Potatoes. It was fantastic to sample a variety of sides, and I'm glad we all chose different ones. When we ordered our meals, we were informed that if we wanted the soufflé for dessert, we had to do it right away—and it was big enough to share! We decided to get two: one Chocolate and one Grand Marnier. They were each the size of a small birthday cake meant for four! Unsurprisingly, we devoured both, and they were spectacular, served with a side of cream. The check for dinner for seven came to $667, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny. Oh, and I also tried a drink called "Grounds for Divorce" which I highly recommend—the ice cube in it is exceptional!"

"This has been one of our go to Italian restaurants in Pasadena for many years. But it is VERY unlikely that we will be there ever again. We were there to celebrate a family birthday with high expectations. But the evening began poorly when we had to ask twice for someone to take our drinks order. Once we were all seated with drinks served, our then friendly waiter Mario told us of the specials and took our orders. Then the real problems began. One of my expectations in good restaurants is for all orders to be served together. This didn 't happen. 3 meals were served, but the final 2 were at least 5 or more minutes behind. But the worst part was the food. Our 2 vegetarian guests ordered linguini alfredo, which was inedible. Another guest ordered the halibut special. I have never seen an entree served with such a tiny piece of fish! I 'm guessing that it couldn 't have weighed more that 2-3 ounces, and it was severely over cooked and dry. It was a disgrace to see such a tiny piece of fish served on a dinner plate which was largely empty. My husband 's chicken parmesan was similarly tiny, overcooked and stringy. It was served with 2 tiny pieces of cauliflower on the side. A disgrace! My pasta dish was the only acceptable meal served to us. And to make things worse, the waiter never checked on our table again until the plates were being removed. No one was there to refill water glasses. And our request for grated cheese was ignored. I had to go out into the hallway to ask for someone to bring some to our table. At the end of our meal, the waiter RELUCTANTLY removed the uneaten alfredo dishes from our bill. When we asked to speak to the manager, he claimed that the manager wasn 't there. All in all, an experience NOT to be repeated."
