"When I accidentally discovered a Moroccan restaurant, I made the effort to visit it, and I'm so glad I did. The flavors at Casablanca matched my fond memories of Moroccan cuisine—rich and delicious. I began my meal with harira soup, a vegetable soup with a tomato broth base. Each bite was bursting with flavor (and don’t worry—it's mild in flavor, not spicy). Next, I enjoyed shish tawook accompanied by couscous and grilled vegetables. The grilled chicken was tender and full of flavor, while the couscous was light and perfectly cooked. The vegetables were a feast for the eyes, showcasing vibrant colors and classic tastes. Although the parking lot made me hesitate, I'm truly grateful that I decided to stop in. The restaurant is small, with only eight tables, but the interior is polished and well-kept. A nice touch was that my drink was served in actual glassware! Another good sign was the constant stream of pickup orders; clearly, the locals are in on the secret. This tiny restaurant delivers spectacular flavor in every bite."

"I grab deliveries from here all the time, at different times of the day. There hasn't been one single time I've been to this location and the empolyees weren't crazy friendly! And they're usually slammed and they always have smiles on their faces. Whoever owns this place you've got a great team and I hope you show them your appreciation! I use to work in management in food serivce and if i had a crew like that I'd still be in food service. Y'all have something great there! Make sure you let them you're employees) know that, something simple but it goes a very long way!"

"I have been to Ann Arbor every year to visit my family and every year we make sure to dine at The Palm Palace. The food is always outstanding! This year, we went for Father's Day. It was a bit crowded and the server seemed a bit overwhelmed. She forgot the beer my brother ordered until I reminded her, and she also forgot to bring the garlic butter that my parents requested. At first, she gave a poor excuse about management regulations, but even after I mentioned that I had ordered appetizers, she still didn't bring it out. We had to wait until we ordered our main dishes and even then, it never arrived. This was frustrating, especially for my father on his special day. However, the food at The Palm Palace is still excellent. The lamb chops are particularly delicious. They were also very accommodating to my niece who had two infants with her."

"Came here on my first ever visit to Michigan. After reading the reviews of other Halal restaurants, this specific establishment caught my eye. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a long path to the entrance and warm smiles. I came approximately one hour before closing but the service was exceptional. Comparing this establishment to similar restaurants in Astoria, Queens, New York, this restaurant in Michigan is significantly better in many ways. First, the food tasted fresh. The only thing that tasted microwaved was my beef stew, but it wasn’t bad. There was a young man helping my family and I with our meals and service was quick. My soup was good, however, I would prefer it to be thicker. They have robots that can deliver food, but we preferred a human helping us instead. Menus are on iPads and they have birthday services. We were also allowed to bring our pet Cat which is good because many establishments are not pet-friendly. I enjoyed my meal, the Moroccan Beef stew, but for this meal, I would hope that they put more meat next time and less vegetables. One other thing to note is that they prefer cash tips. The starter bread is really soft but the garlic butter is slightly overpowering — it wasn’t bad, though. My mango smoothie tasted like it was made with real fruit but tasted more like a blend of fruits rather than solely mango. Even with that, the smoothie was still really good. We ordered a platter for 2 and the meat tasted fresh and was cooked to our liking. Overall, if I ever visit this part of Michigan again I would definitely visit Palm Palace as their food is good, service is excellent and the restaurant has a nice ambiance and is well decorated overall."

"Tried this cozy spot for the first time and not disappointed. The place is vibrant with mexican vibe and not too crowded as we went near to closing time. Had chiken chimichanga which was fried to crisp, chicken fajitas , enchilada. Hard taco cpuld have been better. Not rating 5 as the gaucamole and salsa dint seem like housemade, instead store bought. I beleive these two are the essesnce of any mexican cuisine and was expecting some freshness in the ingredients instead of storebought. The margaritas were good, overall good spot , decent service , clean rest areas, covid standards are well maintained."
