"The next day, I noticed that not only was I charged for food I never received—despite the order failing to go through—but the charge was somehow tripled, taking about $18 from my account. I promptly contacted customer service, which involved submitting the same complaint four times before I was finally directed to the correct form. After submitting that form, I received a popup thanking me for my feedback and vaguely promising that someone would be in touch. When the email response arrived, it was from a customer service representative who essentially told me that I was out of luck unless I could figure it out myself or wait for the charges to drop off automatically. If you think I'm overreacting and that it's just $18, keep in mind I’m a single mom of three, and that amount makes a significant difference for things like getting my kids to school this week or providing field trip money. Overall, this felt like a clear act of theft with no effort to resolve the issue they caused."

It was very busy, so I thought that it was going to take a long time to place my oder but it didn't...surprisingly quick with taking my order and me getting my order, that was hot and fresh. I visited this restaurant for dinner and found it to be quite family-friendly. However, I was surprised to discover that there were no changing tables available. In terms of the meal, the food was very enjoyable, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, with a rating of 4. The food was, as I expected, not bad, not great. But the service was excellent! I don't eat anywhere, but was on a short trip with my daughter and granddaughter. I just order salad wherever I go because it's easy and I enjoy a salad. This young girl who took my order was so nice and accommodating to explain the clothes I could choose from. I thought I remember her name as Kelly, but the ticket says Aaron K, so not sure. Back to the ticket she gave me a discount, not sure why. Maybe because I'm old, maybe because I had my veteran cap doesn't count. I didn't ask for one, but it was given. I appreciate it and her.
