"Went during an event; however: When we got here the wait time was 45. We got seated in maybe 10 minutes. Yay. However, it went downhill from here. The server never really greeted us and forgot my drink. I think they assumed the water I had in front of me was enough? 30 minutes later our food arrived, on paper dixie plates. At least they were the sturdy ones.. I got a chicken wrap and fries. The fries tasted like the end of a store brand bag, soggy and small. The wrap, I could have made better. Actually a 5 year old probably could 've. I don 't think the server ever came by to ask if we needed anything. The tables drinks went empty. Lastly, they took an automatic tip. That is fine, understandable even. However $25 tip for a restaurant with paper plates, throw away silverware, poor service, food that tasted out of a frozen dinner and a waiter that never even spoke 3 words or a thank you is not appropriate. By the time we left, the restaurant was cleared out as well. There were no excuses at this time."

"We celebrated a birthday at the restaurant and opted for the Friday evening special, which included a large two-topping pizza, a bowl of salad, and an order of garlic knots. Our waiter, a friendly young man, was attentive without being intrusive. The salad, along with the garlic knots and pizza, arrived just a few minutes after we ordered, and the pizza came out quicker than I expected. The salad was served in a large bowl, which I really appreciated since I love salads. At $25, the special was a great deal for all that we received. I typically prefer thin-crust pizza, and while this wasn't overly thick, I still enjoyed it a lot. My only suggestion would be to use a bit less cheese, but that's just my personal taste—maybe we can ask for that next time. And there will definitely be a next time! I would absolutely recommend PizzAmore."

"On Sunday I decided to come here because I had heard nothing but great reviews about this place.. it was my birthday and I wanted to try something new so me and about 2 other friends of mine started to make our way to Mt Dora from clearwater and let me tell you.. I have NEVER been so disappointed in my entire life. If i can go back in time and tell past me to just save my money, gas and time I would! When I walked in the atmosphere was just tense, like nobody was excited to be there, I seen one of the chefs just sitting on their behind chatting while everyone else had seemed to be doing their work, leading to my food taking a very long time to arrive. Between me and my friends we ordered about 5 rolls to try out and when they had gotten to us, they were crumbling.. tasted stale and upon further inspection they seemed to have just normal rice in them instead of delicious sushi rice. All of the rolls we had gotten were on the saltier side and just did not taste right at all. The thing that had bothered us the most was the chef that just kept sitting there our entire 2.5 hours in the restaurant so if I can leave that young man a bad review, I will just comment on the fact that I asked my server (I will not name them incase they get in trouble, just know all the servers are great) who this young man was and she said it was their HEAD CHEF. I have never seen a more terrible excuse of a chef in my entire life.. and they want someone who does nothing representing their food? Sending out bad food? I am almost positive I have gotten food poisoning from this establishment. I will not leave this review on a completely terrible note though.. I will just like to shout out the Chef with the bandana, fantastic young man. Did an amazing job. Servers? Fantastic. The decor was a bit too childish but was still very cute. If they ever decide to replace the head chef and further improve their food quality standards, I may return in the future to give them another shot but as of right now I will not be returning and I will warn everyone who goes here to eat at your own risk."

"My wife and I were visiting Mount Dora in search of a new home and stumbled upon this cool spot on our way back. The patio was nice, the area quiet, and the waitress was friendly. However, our experience took a turn when we received our food. I ordered a sausage sandwich and my wife got the kids sliders with fries. The fries, cucumber salad, and coke seemed safe, but the sausage in my sandwich was pink and undercooked, and the sliders were so undercooked that we could see slime inside the meat. Despite eating a few bites before realizing the issue, we were worried about getting sick from eating raw pork and beef. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he insisted the sausage was cooked to his preferred temperature but had no explanation for the sliders. I was shocked by his ignorance and suggested they raise their cooking temperature. We paid our bill and tried to avoid getting sick so we could care for our children. It was not a pleasant experience."

"I noticed that this place was quite busy on the Friday after Thanksgiving, so I decided to check it out on Saturday morning. The atmosphere was decent, although it felt a bit warm inside. I ordered a simple cheese omelet served with hash browns and raisin toast. The omelet was generously filled with cheddar cheese; while it wasn't my personal favorite, I'm not sure if there were other cheese options available, as no alternatives were offered. The hash browns were really good—crispy outside and tender inside. I enjoyed the coffee, and the service was outstanding; our waitress was very friendly. If you're not too hungry, you could easily share this dish."
