The staff I experienced were incredibly rude. They only seemed to assist customers with a lot of annoyance, often sighing and rolling their eyes. I don't plan on returning.

ANCHORAGE, AK: This gas station is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great spot to refuel your rental car. The selection of snacks and other items is fairly typical, but it's definitely a solid option for a quick stop.

I had a troubling experience at this restaurant. When I paid with a $50 bill for some milk and other items that totaled around $5 or $6, the employee attempted to shortchange me by taking $40. I only received about $3 in change, which didn't add up correctly. View menu

Who's in charge here? Who's the manager? Who's willing to listen? This store has serious issues, and the employees seem unprofessional. I won’t be returning, even though I used to visit at least twice a week. I'm taking my business elsewhere. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since this is the only convenience store nearby, and it’s frustrating to deal with rude staff. Convenience isn’t everything; compassion is what truly matters.

I believe that treating customers with respect and decency is crucial, regardless of whether the business is open or closed. While it's understandable that sometimes customers may argue or be rude, it’s important for staff to approach these situations with empathy. I work in customer service myself, so I know how challenging it can be; however, yelling at someone who is simply confused about the store's hours is unacceptable. A little understanding goes a long way.

I showed 10/12/2021 at 16:11, the first set of doors was unlocked, the second set was locked. The lights could not see any signs of closing or temporary closing. Kara (I saw her name on her nameplate) stood behind the tab, went, saw something or perhaps counted money, totally ignored me. I was politely knocking on the window... she didn't look up. I asked: Are you closed? She ignored me. I was very confused and I left. If it's close to the count that's okay, but at least one sign or more characters and for the love of decent humanity, only one person who politely asks you a question through the glass. Rude. November 5, 2021 I pop in to Speedway for a 12 pack of beer. When I get home to Crack one , the beer is warm. So I call the store and voice my concern. The lady tells me oh, yay the cooler is down I express that they should put up a sign to notify your customers.. December 27, 2021, I run into Speedway for beer, I check to see if it 's cold, Not! Two months later still not working and No sign for customers. I start to walk out and the clerk is looking at me and inquire no purchase? I respond You sell warm beer it 's been over two months and the cooler isn 't fixed she shrugged her shoulders and says it 's not my problem. Really? Note to Speedway fix the problems !! You aren 't the only store...
