"We normally love this place, it is great for a party of 2-4 , however anything more and the service is terrible and so is the food. We made a reservation in advance for a party of 16. It took 3 hours to get our food and when they brought it out they brought it out in pieces. Some of our party got only their entree, some of our party only got their sides and then some received nothing, then 15 20 min later... some of us received the other part of our dinner , while some in our party were still missing sides and one never got anything. I don't mind waiting but when we saw other parties come and go, then more come and go, we felt that our party was just being over looked. The food was not even hot , just barely warm, ... This was just a bad experience. When we asked to speak with a manager , he had more of the bouncer type mentality, he was not apologetic, we we not even asking for a refund or anything, we just wanted to express our unhappiness with the service and quality of the meal, and he was very intrusive, he was standing over us as to intimidate us verses truly caring about our experience. We usually go every year, and we have had poor service before but not like this, the service was so bad this time We are finally done with this place!!!!!"

"This is now our go-to restaurant for weekly date nights! Without a doubt, it’s the best Mexican restaurant in the 417 area! The Chile Rellenos were the best I’ve ever tasted, and the Soppapillas with ice cream were equally amazing! Even their chips and salsa are top-notch. And let’s not forget about the Spanish rice — I’ve never had Spanish rice this delicious! The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is presented beautifully like a work of art, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes. Our total came to just $28 for two drinks, two dinners, and dessert. I happily tipped the server more than 20% because they truly deserved it!"

"We have dined at this restaurant several times this year as well as last, both for lunch and dinner, and the food is simply outstanding! As a fan of Indian cuisine, I’ve tried about 10 to 15 different dishes here, and they have all been absolutely incredible. The lamb, chicken, and fish are always tender and juicy, while the Bhindi Masala is nothing short of perfection. Sometimes the naan can be slightly stale during lunch, and there may be a wait during peak hours, so I recommend visiting after 8 PM. However, this doesn’t affect my overall rating at all. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends. We usually have the same waiter, who is always welcoming with his friendly humor and engaging conversation. The entire staff is quite friendly. I do enjoy dining at Taj Mahal on Republic Road, but I honestly think Zayka is much better! Their vegetarian options are also excellent; I typically order the Bhindi Masala with extra Tikka Masala sauce. One area for improvement would be the side salad, as the greens are rather dull. Switching out the white lettuce for something more flavorful like spinach would really elevate the dish. Thank you for a fantastic experience! We will definitely return during our next visit to Springfield."

"This is hands down the best burger I've had in a long time! I ordered the Foodie, and wow, the combination of flavors was incredible! The patties were fantastic, and when paired with candied bacon, truffle mayo, boursin cheese, and caramelized onions, it all came together to create one outstanding burger! Even the gluten-free bun was impressive, which is quite rare! I also loved the apple and hickory smoked fries—they were delicious! All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will definitely be coming back. I have to try a milkshake next time!"

"I'm really surprised I'm writing this review now. Usually this is our restaurant for fast eating. Usually the team members are extremely pleasant and happy to help. this time was a certain employee not kaylee a night supervisor was extremely rude for me from absolutely no reason. my family and I just ordered under $50 worth the food that is normal, but this time we ordered a 30 pack chickenuggets to save a little money. when we came home, our order was short over 6 nuggets, about which I say because there was another Nugget thing in the box, it wasn't really a normal nugget, so I honestly wanted to replace it. I had my reception and kaylee replied to my call. when I tried to explain what happened to her, she asked if I had made pictures? I would never have thought to make pictures of missing foods that could easily be faked, so I didn't think this would be an effective wise to prove that I lacked food. they began to help me because I had already served my children some of the foods, as I had them waiting for us to come home to eat and they were hungry, eating was also cold. I then asked her to talk to her manager what she replied, I am the manager. So I asked to speak to someone else, she told me to stop, then came back and said, "If this really happened, I can't replace the full meal, I can only get her a 8 or 12 piece meal." I told her only the 6 we are really necessary, but why does she ask me when it comes to an order that made her a mistake? She apologised for it, but never before because of the mistake she was rude all the time. I was told I could come back and get the 6 pieces, but I didn't bother me. McDonald’s doesn’t ask that they are guests if it messed up a job, I wouldn’t assume that they’re either especially with one entry. they lost my business."
