"Not worth the effort. I have to say, the customer service here is terrible—absolutely horrible. They might as well put up a sign saying “Don’t come in if you don’t know what you want.” I’ve visited this place multiple times with my family, and the service just keeps getting worse. Today's visit was my last. The staff was rude, and the ice cream was unappetizing with a funky taste and an overly gooey texture. They didn’t even let us try it, probably because of the strange freezer taste it had. They seemed so entitled that they didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted my two cents back; they just assumed and kept my change along with my receipt. I had to ask for a receipt after receiving only quarters back. Usually, I wouldn’t mind leaving behind two pennies, but it’s the ungracious way they conduct themselves that bothered me. I’d much rather go to Menchies and enjoy quality service that feels worth my money. I won’t be coming back here again. Plus, there’s no seating, making it overall not family-friendly."

the absolute best in auburn! have the Fresita-Loca and it was so amazing! Frozen strawberries are perfect and it tastes like strawberry cheesecake. will definitely be over for more! many thanks for a great experience!

Antojós mexicano. No place to sit, bit the food items are good. Servers are amiable, place is clean! Menu does change consistently (digital) so sometimes its better to take a picture then order.Parking: There are only 4 spots that belong to the store. If you want you can park on the street.
