"At my most recent visit to Aquis Blossom Valley a few days ago,I ordered my go can 't lose meal, knife and fork salmon burrito . This has been one of the most delicious and filling meals at Aquis. Though it is not on the standard menu, it continues to be on their classic menu . In any case, it has been perfect every time over the years. It is why I have always given this location 5 stars. However this week, the Knife and Fork burrito that I ordered tasted like the salmon was burnt, not charred, burnt. I complained to the manager and he replaced it with a salmon salad, which was perfect. I hope whatever the problem was with the Burrito was fixed because I look forward to still having my all time favorite."

A friend brought me here. Loved the vegetarian options and the riffs on Mexican cuisine. If I lived in the area I would definitely frequent this restaurant. It is an order at the counter, pick up your food at the counter place so really service cannot be exceptional.

Mexican fusion restaurant. Plating is just like a fine dining restaurant and the food is delicious as well. Do check out their daily specials and dessert of the day. Recommended dishes Firecracker shrimp and west coast salmon. For desserts try their pumpkin cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake with mocha sauce and fresh whipped cream.
