Couldn't enjoy any of the food, because they were VERY slowly training someone on a holiday weekend, while the line wrapped around the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful which seems to be so lost in many businesses these days. The only thing I saw off was that the place looked like a huge rush of people went through and had left their paper; however, the staff got on cleaning everything just as we were noticing.

This is the best Arby's I've ever visited! The staff was incredibly friendly and even brought my food out to me. They also brought water for my dogs while we were outside. I enjoyed chatting with the employees—they really enhanced the experience. Definitely a wonderful visit. Plus, there are Tesla charging stations available for parking! View menu

Ordered online at 6pm .. went to drive through for it to say closed.. I drove up to the window where multiple employees ignored me. i called the stores phone, only for them to laugh ignoring it ring.. I finally got someone's attention and he was so rude saying they closed over an hour ago. I asked how to get a refund and he said they're not responsible for online orders or Doordash refunds.... Ordered online, went thru drive thru to pick up, was told we'd have to come in to not hold up the drive thru, no one came thru the drivethru the whole time I was waiting for my food. When I came in the girl in the front was complaining about a customer very loudly. They were out of ice, were going to only give me 4 out of my 5 drinks, when I told her I had 5, she opened the lids and smelled the drinks to see what was there! Curly fries were way over cooked and old. Definitely the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to!

For the second time recently we waited 30 plus minutes for food, first time fish strips were good, fries barely warm when we fianatgot our order. Tonight, when multiple parties had received their order, who ordered after us, and my husband standing there trying to get someone's attention, we find out that they had oversold the classic Cheese steak sandwiches, oops and then oops again, erased our order without filling it and gave our sandwich to the family two orders after us. Decided to get a refund rather than wait for them to get us food..
