"This charming little grocery store restaurant is a great find. I picked up a few items from the grocery section and couldn't resist trying the shawarma combo, which was more than enough for three people. You really get a lot of food for the price! I also bought a bag of spinach pies, but I was disappointed because they were mostly dough and onions instead of spinach. I wouldn't get those again. I wanted to try some tabouli, but they were sold out, which likely means it’s popular and delicious! Overall, I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be returning!"

Great little grocery with lots of freshly made deliciousness. I am not a fan of Baba ghanoush, each that I have tried was too smoky for my taste. Theirs is PERFECT and will get my repeat purchase.

Authentic and delicious middle eastern food specialties. As good as any I’ve had locally in the Arab countries. Their Attayef and Kinnafeh are tasty and their home made baked goods are excellent too.

This bakery is one of the best! The food is delicious, fresh, and flavorful, all at affordable prices. They also offer a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, along with a variety of dessert options. I highly recommend it!

I go for the Hummus, Baba, grape leaves and spinach pies. The quality is unsurpassed! Next time I am going to try the shwarma, I saw them making some to go orders and my mouth was watering! Well worth the trip from anywhere in Cleveland!Food: 5/5 View menu

The meat pies here are quite good, and the staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place! It also appears that they offer delivery. One of my favorite aspects is that you can watch them cook and prepare your food.

The food here is excellent and very reasonably priced. I ordered the kafta and mixed shawarma plates, and both meals were generous portions with delicious sauces. However, there are only a few tables available if you plan to dine in. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I've been going here for nearly a decade, and the food has always been phenomenal. It's consistently delicious, especially the beef shwarma. The owner has never been anything but friendly to me. The grocery selection is good and well priced it is a great place to get certain spices that are really expensive in a common grocery store. View menu

Assad's is one of my favorite bakeries, and they have fantastic lunches as well. The maker greeted me as I arrived and helped me figure out what to order. I've been here before, but am not really familiar with all of the menu items. They couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, and I ended up with a zatar bun and a chicken sandwich of sorts. Excellent place, stop by!

Cleveland, located on the shores of Lake Erie, is known for its ethnic diversity and classic Midwestern fare. Try the Polish Boy, a local favorite featuring kielbasa, coleslaw, and barbecue sauce.
