"We had a superb experience at this hidden gem of a restaurant in Key Biscayne! We enjoyed a rather pleasant dinner with old friends surrounded by impeccable service! Alejandro was cordial, engaging and knowledgeable and his recommendations on food and wine were totally on point! He even introduced us to their Chef, Ariel, who went over some dishes preparation. Our steaks were out of this world, tender, juicy and at the perfect temperature accompanied by a quite flavorful chimichurri sauce, home made pasta and of course an awesome bottle of French wine. We learned that the tradition of this restaurant goes back to an old hacienda established in Uruguay at the turn of century. The locale is quaint, inviting and reminiscent of an old world village. Well worth the visit, thanks for a great experience!"

"After reading all the wonderful reviews for this little restaurant, I visited few weeks ago with skepticism. But i am beyond impressed by the quality and quantity of food served here, and the friendliness of the owners who serve and cook the dishes with such care and attention. The mests well flavored and cooked to perfection, and the sauces thst goes with is truly amaxing !! Hummus. Tiziki, grill peppers, garlic spread, and spicy red sauce makes my palate sing !!! This place is indeed a true GEM on Key Biscayne and I'm so grateful to find Mediterranean comfort food that tastes better than several I've tried elsewhere on the Keys. We've been coming back every week since discovering this place 4 weeks ago, and I'm truly going to miss the food here once my 6 week vacation here ends. Looking forward to coming back next year and sincerely hope the locals as well as the visitors here appreciate this place enough to keep it going successfully fir many more years to come !!"

"Although the food was good I just cannot get over the fact that the service was so incredibly poor. Things took a very long time to get to the table including the dessert which was just a slice of cake (how long could that take We were waiting for so long for things like water or our entrees that by the time we ordered dessert we figured it would be best to order it together w the check as to avoid further delays. We understood there was a large party at the same time as us but that does not explain how other tables that came in after us left much faster than us which had us thinking our server liked us so much she wanted us to close the restaurant with her. The manager did come to apologize for the delays at one point but that only seemed to slow things down further as any course after said check in took much longer 🤷🏻‍♂️ beyond my understanding really……also oddly enough the pictures on the website really do not much the real life thing…..figured i mentioned because they are quite different"

"This restaurant is incredible! It's our favorite spot in Key Biscayne. We're here on vacation and have tried many places, but this one stands out as unique, authentic, and absolutely delicious. It's a shame we visited on our last day because we would have definitely returned more than once to sample everything on the menu. The kids' steak frites were perfect, and we really enjoyed the Venezuelan appetizer platter and the mixed sliders. To top it off, the desserts were fantastic, especially since there aren't many dessert options in Key Biscayne."
